I found the bed far too soft to sleep on comfortably. The breakfast had a large spread, but it was average. The open terrace seating is quite impressive. They also have a restaurant & bar on the top terrace as well. Overall, I had a pleasant stay & would recommend this Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel Bangkok to those who want to visit Bangkok to shop & go crazy.

We stayed for 3 nights and our stay was very comfortable. The location of the Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel Bangkok is excellent and nearby to many landmarks and eateries. The city view from the room is fabulous. The room design is very modern with all amenities. Only small issue the inadequate lighting in the room. Even the pool area is magical. Very good location, major shopping malls are close to this Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel Bangkok. ( Within 1 km range front office staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent, rooftop restaurant is amazing, you can enjoy nice views from there. Only minus point is Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel Bangkok entry is away from main road and reception is at 9th floor. Anyway we loved the Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel Bangkok and definitely will stay again.

The shopping is just walking distance and since we are an elderly couple it was convenient.

The Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel Bangkok is very nice and so are the staff. The rooms and bathroom are very clean and everything is white. The shopping area is at walking distance. Breakfast spread is great. The only minus for me was that there is no swimming pool.

It is centrally located and few metres away from prantrum and Indira square market. Also it is very close by platinum mall. In case, one want to do shopping both designers as well as local clothes then this is an excellent place to be.

I stayed there for two nights on 26 & 27 August. Location is good but the staff is not cooperative. I booked outside view room at 2 or 3rd floor but they denied check in and said we don't have vacant rooms but after intervention by their local agent and make my trip they game me room at 1st floor over lactation buffet breakfast is good but the staff not cooperated with the Guests.

Location is just perfect for shopping specially platinum mall for any branded items and Indira market wholesale market. Once again thanks to centara good service and nice in built pool side moom sabai to relax and for some good picture clicks. I rate 4.5.

Nice and maintained Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel Bangkok exactly in the heart of the city near Indira square and also near to Pratunam night market and penhip plaza. Hotel is clean but staff is little bit non co-operative and don't allow early check in. Location is excellent but beds are not comfortable. Many Indian restaurants are near by provide delicious Indian food

More good Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel Bangkoks are available for cheaper rent. Behaviour of staff is not good as looking for tips every time.

Good and well-maintained exactly in the heart of the city opposite to Indira market easy for shopping and good rooms, very near to metro station also good malls. Surrounding platinum and all ground floor. Hotel itself is a shopping wholesale mall.

Location is not ok the path way to enter the Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel Bangkok is not ok, we were near to shopping center like Palladium, Platinum, Pantip and Baiyoke fashion center. Every convenient stay, near big malls in Bangkok (Central World, Big C, Pratunam market, Siam Square, MBK, Platinum... ). Great place if you want to enjoy shopping. Staff were friendly, they can support us all day. I will stay here again if I come back Bangkok!!!

This is the best place to stay if you like shopping. Very convenient to reach small and big malls even street shopping is just across the road. Buffet breakfast is also very good, you will get Indian food also. Only missing part is swimming pool.
