I loved everything about the Citin Pratunam Bangkok by Compass Hospitality except for the breakfast buffet. They serve a limited range of food and if certain foods get over, they do not replenish them! The buffet is 6 am to 10:30 am and some food is over by 9! The Citin Pratunam Bangkok by Compass Hospitality is located next to many food stalls and Pratunam market is nearby. Very safe even for a woman to walk around alone 24x7 as there are vendors open always, so that's great.

The Citin Pratunam Bangkok by Compass Hospitality is located in the Pratunam area of Bangkok, just beside the Thailand's tallest tower Baiyoke sky. If you want to do some serious shopping, you are in the right place. There are so many pubs and Indian restaurant available in this area. I would really like to recommend this Citin Pratunam Bangkok by Compass Hospitality for those who wants to explore Bangkok.

The room was OK for the price, sadly you cant open windows The location was perfect you cannot ask for a better place to stay. The Citin Pratunam Bangkok by Compass Hospitality lack in facilities like swimming pool or gym and non veg breakfast but the staff was awesome esp Thapanee and nook the receptionist will make sure to provide what ever they can that is possible so cheers to them.

It's good for shoppers as it is located near shopping malls like Indra square, platinum mall etc. Plenty of street foods is near the Citin Pratunam Bangkok by Compass Hospitality. Only problem was that there was no Citin Pratunam Bangkok by Compass Hospitality restaurant. So for breakfast also, we had to go out of Citin Pratunam Bangkok by Compass Hospitality. Staff is good too.

Property is good near Pratunam Market best for shoppers. Reception desk lady Aum very good and helpful, guided me about metro station to airport and Mr. Dan was very helpful he dropped my luggage to nearby metro and helped me to get tickets thanks to Mr. Dan and lady Aum. Taxi fare to airport approx 600 BHAT metro cost me 40BHAT/person. Thanks again to Mr. Dan and Aum.

It was a good experience, located at the heart of pratunam market and shopping is easy. But there’s no food to eat in the Citin Pratunam Bangkok by Compass Hospitality but alot nearby. The only problem we had was we were tired from travel-ling the previous day but they couldn’t check us in right away we had to wait for hours till the housekeeping cleans the room

The stay overall was good. But Citin Pratunam Bangkok by Compass Hospitality has this waiting policy of check-in till 2, I don't understand and I had to wait till 2.30 pm for my room when I already request them to give the room By 1.30 pm. Seriously not acceptable from the regular visitor.

I stayed in second building where you can access with your card only. No visitors without card best part. No cars very clean. Didn't enjoyed breakfast other wise Citin Pratunam Bangkok by Compass Hospitality stay was very good. Would like to stay in my next visit.

Hotel ideally located in market area with good rooms and services. I stayed with family and children. Everything is approachable and staff is very courteous. Will come again and will recommend for families and couple

Hotel is located inside a very busy street packed with street food vendors, washrooms are very congested. Not worth the money spent for stay. Better options available in nearby areas with more cost effective rates.

This trip was fantastic and full of fun, as this location has wonderful facilities available especially spa and food also gym. I love to refer to visit this place to all my relatives and friends

Nice Citin Pratunam Bangkok by Compass Hospitality, good experience. Staffs are helpful. Right at the pratnum market. Close to platinum fashion mall. Rooms are okay, all basic facilities there.

Located at walking distance from well known indira square market with many options of indian cousin e open til late hours. Staff is very cooperative, rooms are neat with clean bathroom.
