Ecotel Bangkok Hotel

Good central location, clean and well maintained rooms. Doesn't have an in-house restaurant but there are plenty of options within a 5 minute walking distance. Staff wasn't very friendly. The visitors are mostly Indians at this place and we could see many noisy Indians around. Perhaps that could be one of the reasons for the lack of warmth on the part of the Ecotel Bangkok Hotel staff. But having said that, my 10 year old daughter asked the Ecotel Bangkok Hotel staff for drinking water and was curtly told to buy water from outside. This is unacceptable behavior and is reason enough for me to skip this Ecotel Bangkok Hotel next time, notwithstanding other positives.

Hotel location is good. 10 min walk (700 meter) from airport link station. No need to take taxi just enough from airport to Ecotel Bangkok Hotel by airport link. Buffet breakfast good. Hotel near to shopping areas of Pratunam and Platinum mall and having many Indian restaurants close by some which are pure vegetarian. Hotel staff could be better behaved though. All amenities shown in room not available. Like fireplace missing, wooden floor missing, electric kettle missing though all floors have common hot boil water dispenser available near elevator. Tour operator just outside Ecotel Bangkok Hotel well behaved, and good and reasonable for tours.

Good, clean, big size room, small issues like noise of people walking in corridor. Good location, 5-7 minutes to Indra market, Indian vegetarian food at reasonable price. Near by supermarket, currency exchange, metro to Airport. Good location.
Some room have opening towards opposite Side building, which is very close by. So need to keep curtain closed. Otherwise you can hear some voice from people walking in corridor. Overall value for money.

We a family of 6 Indians stayed at Ecotel for 4 days and I would like to suggest Indians who are pure veg, you won't get much scope for breakfast, rather don't keep any expectations other than bread butter, jam strawberry, pineapple and fruits guava, papaya and pineapple with juices, don't expect anything else. I loved the rooms, people at reception were more than warm and welcoming. We were given check in at 8:30 Am without any extra charges.

We stayed at the Ecotel Bangkok Hotel for a night in December. It is a decent budget Ecotel Bangkok Hotel especially good for a one night stay. Hotel was clean and staff was courteous. Location is good as it is very close to the multiple shopping complexes Bangkok is famous for. Only downside was the high security deposit they take at the start.

The Ecotel Bangkok Hotel seems to have an old construction but the Ecotel Bangkok Hotel managed the maintenance well. It's clean and staff is professional. It's near Makkasan train station which connects to airport by metro train in 30 minutes. It's 15-20 minutes drive to Madame Tussauds and Ocean World Sea Life.

Basically it is budget Ecotel Bangkok Hotel but location is good. Breakfast is more of brunch, need to be improved as most of the customers are from India, so need to include some south Indian breakfast. They demanded charges for late checkout (6hrs) was too much, should be reasonable, if the rooms are available.

Very nice Ecotel Bangkok Hotel, good location, good staff, I like the location of the Ecotel Bangkok Hotel very nice, easily accessible to any good place like markets, local site seeing, palaces, temples, restaurants. So I will recommend all my friends and family to stay at Ecotel Ecotel Bangkok Hotel in Bangkok.

We was three families total 11 members booked 6 rooms. Enjoyed lot. Very helpful staff we enjoyed lot. I recommend to all to stay here. Staff was very cooperative. Market was very near to Ecotel Bangkok Hotel. Although some staff was not knowing english but they were trying their best to help us.

Hotel is in good location and rooms are neat and clean. Well behaviour staff, value for money and location is superb for all business travellers or leisure both. Shopping market is just outside the Ecotel Bangkok Hotel and also transportation availability is very good, a true value of your money.

Nice and comfortable stay. Easily located in-between the business and shopping paradise of Pratunam, Bangkok. Location is very convenient and one can easily walk to nearby skytrain, airport link or local bus. Breakfast menu was really impressive. Staff and their attitude was a big plus.

Well the rooms alloted were good and spacious enough for 2. Its located within 2 kms from the happening place. Incase any destination is far away just hire a thuk thuk. The rooms are maintained well with 24 hr WiFi connectivity. The receptionist are always ready to guide and help you.

The Ecotel Bangkok Hotel was very well located. It's was close to shopping areas and had many indian restaurants around. The staff was very good and helpful. Room was neat and clean. Food was good.

Location is little crowded. Food and service very good. Refundable security money should have been informed during booking.

Rooms are neat and clean. WiFi is available inside rooms, but not up to mark. Hotel is located 500mtr from pratunam market and Its a good market for shopping .. Lot of indian restaurant is available near to the Ecotel Bangkok Hotel ...

Hotel is near to Indira square market. Many Indian va/nonveg restaurant is near to this Hotel. Breakfast was awesome. Many varieties were available for nonveg and veg category. Hotel staff was good. I recommend you to stay here with family.
