Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 is in a very prime location, easily accessible to all major attractions in Bangkok. You can find loads of restaurants, bars and other entertainment joints within 5-10 mins of walking distance. The Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 offers very comfortable and affordable luxury accommodation. The front desk staff are very friendly and courteous. The check-in was a very smooth process. My room AC had a small problem it was too cool and the temperature was not getting controlled. When I informed the service team, immediately they sent a technician and it was sorted out within 5 mins. The breakfast in the Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 is the highlight. It has got a very expansive spread with a very good variety. Had a great experience in my stay there for 2 days. Would definitely recommend to others and stay there again when I visit Bangkok the next time.

The Hotel lives up to its reputation being an Accor Group Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20. But it's located within the business and corporate area of Sukhumvit, helpful for people staying for work and corporate meets but not too good for tourists. The Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 does provide free drop offs to the nearest BTS but at certain intervals of course. Quite a long walk to the main road and tourist hubs in Sukhumvit. This area gets quite secluded at night because it's mostly surrounded by offices and residential properties. The breakfast menu stays almost the same everyday and honestly expected better from such a property. Small Tip - Try staying closer to BTS stations and the main road, Sukhumvit 18 and lower numbers are better. Traffic is insane at Sukhumvit and Siam areas post afternoon. Walking and taking the BTS (SKY TRAIN) is way faster.

We liked the location of the Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 at the heart of Bangkok in Sukumvit. Malls, massage parlor and restaurants were well within walking distance. Rooms were clean and well maintained. However, missing a few toiletries such as conditioner and body lotion.
The bathroom was not well equipped and was missing conditioner and body lotion. There was less drawer shelf space in the room. Else the room was very clean and well maintained.

The staff was kind with nice hospitality. Room was clean and neatly maintained. Breakfast buffet was just okay to be a typical 4 star accommodation. However, the one thing unsatisfactory was water pressure of shower. The water was almost dripping and somewhat lacking to feel refreshed after taking showers. Can't tell if the specific room had such problem.
The room was neatly maintained and had a suitable size for two adults to stay in.

The service, food, location everything was so perfect and excellent. The desk clerk/concierge were really sweet and helpful, they took really good care of us, from booking taxi to everything and made sure we are safe wherever we go. The commissionaire were nice. Also the chambermaid was really good. I am gonna stay here again when I am in Bangkok. Also loved the swimming pool, it is attached with bar and gym and has a great view.

Great Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20. Very happy with my stray here. Great location in Bangkok . Easy access to the bts and many other things in the area . The Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 is clean and nicely decorated . The rooms are large and very nice beds and pillows . I really like the soap they give at this Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 . The staff is friendly and the service is fast. All requests are handled promptly .

My girlfriend and I stayed at this amazing Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 for 4 glorious nights in a stunning room and ate delicious food. Front desk was very helpful during our stay, special mention to Ms. Nanny for being so polite, patient, sorted all my queries, went above and beyond to ensure our stay is comfortable. Would definitely recommend this Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 with such a good staff.

The room had a good view to the amusement park. The Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 is a 10 min walk from the metro station and its quite accessible with a lot of shops and eats outs around. Hotel services were top class and the room was maintained really well. The washrooms were well stocked. Its a value for money 5 star accommodation that you wouldn't want to miss if youre at Bangkok.

The location was very good, the breakfast buffet was amazing especially for health conscious people, the bathrooms were very good, and the bed was extra luxurious. They had an espresso machine in the room which was great and also all room amenities were fantastic. Sky var on the top. Also one of its kind Overall enjoyed every moment and the JBL clock and bluetooth speaker were best.

Overall nice experience. Some things that Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 staff need to take care of. Like they should have different options for breakfast. We were given same breakfast for 3 days. Didn't used iron at all. And there was a note left that we used iron and caused damage to the floor which was incorrect.
Not enough options for buffet breakfast.

The best you can expect and you can get and the best value for the money you spend is stay at this Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20. The staff are very polite, helping and very humble Hotel is very clean and in fact well maintained then any other. Though I haven't taken many photos I am adding these two. Excellent Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20, nice be clean in quiet lane of Bangkok with proximity to Indian food and close to Bangkok night life stay, it's worth staying here however lot of traffic while travelling to city centre

The location of the Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 is quite good with all the facilities near by nice and helping staff with very good swimming pool, the Tuktuk service of Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 too is good and the rooms are nice and well appointed.

Hotel is at a great location, restaurants and utility stores like 7 eleven and family store are just next to the Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20. Room are clean and in-room dining is also great.

It was wonderful stay here at Novotel. I stayed here 3 nights in 2 parts. Staff was very cooperative and supporting. Happy to get veg option in breakfast with few choices as well.

Very high class Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20. From check-in to check-out the experience was amazing. Staff is very attentive, always want to help and to make your stay pleasant and comfortable . Breakfast bar is rich and provides wide verity of options. The pool and Gym area is amazing! Infinity pool is really impressive.

It was completely worth the money spent to stay at this property. View from room was amazing and service was awesome. There is also an indian restaurant at walkable distance named “masala express” which serves best indian food. Hotels in-house restaurant serves thai and continental cuisine which are equally awesome.
