Worst staff, they take extra money by fooling you so please be safe. When you enter room check properly if there is any stain or any mole because they will make you pay for what you never did.

Property location was out of town, smell was there in rooms, no indian food available, kitchen closes by 9. You will not find food outside also. Staff are not cooperative they just abide bu rules

1) Property location very poor...in remote area ...No Proper Restaurant or shops outside ...only small vegetable market n small shops on street selling street food.
2) In room Air Condition not working
3) Old switches n plug ...couldn't able to charge mobile.
4) Reception or front Staff ....not friendly to ask anything ....they were more of quiet and little rude to reply...if asked anything about outside location or Transport.
5) Overall a very terrible experience won't suggest or refer anyone to stay at this property.
6) Dirty n Congested area.

Good services but far from main city

Very nice hotel abed view is amazing fro hotel who have connecting flights they can stay there but very far from main city n attractions palaces. It’s takes 1 hrs ride for main city. Hotel is very nice near to airport.

It's a peaceful and cozy hotel 15 mins drive from the airport. The rooms are clean. They have to work on the air conditioners.

Location is near suvarnabhumi airport hotel is good staff was there as my flight delee by 2hrs i checked in at 3. 00 am. Bathroom is smaller.

Decent rooms and hotel but rude staff

Rooms are good but service is pathetic. They don’t allow checkin before 2pm not even 5 min before. Staff is rude. My ac started to drip and the guy who came to fix it was i don’t know wasn’t taught hospitality.

Everything good except the staff, i don’t know why they all are so rude while talking, i mean it gets really odd when someone is rather not interested, the bell boy had vicks inhaler inside his nose hanging and he was walking around the property, also came to pick our bag looking rather bored as if do-in a favour on us, the receptionist had a rude tone very rude

A good stay if you have to travel via bk k airport. Washroom are too small & sometimes ac doesn’t work. No indian restaurant nearby.

Not up to the mark. They take 300 bhat for 1 hour before checking. Very far from bangkok market. Only nearby to airport otherwise not satisfied with the services and quality

Hotel staff not cooperative. I checked out the hotel in an hour. Didn't get any support from mm t either. Money wasted. Don't book
We stayed their for one day. We lost our mobile in taxi and the driver switched it off. We requested the receptionist to make a call at thailand number but she refused rudely. When we said that please co-operate she said no very badly and asked to for 500 baht more as the check out time exceeded for two hours as we were very upset coz of loosing phone and doing fir at thailand.
