Over all experience was good. My room was in 3rd with no much view. I have stayed here in 2023, this is close to nana metro station. So accessible to all areas.

Very bad quality room and no bath tub in my room, i have booked room with bath tub but no bathtub in room. I complain staff of this but no solution. Room walls are very dirty and old position.

Very irresponsible behavior by the hotel managers and staff. We lost our luggage worth 8000rs and they are not even checking the cctv and helping us for this. Bell boy picked up 4 parcels and delivered only 3. We realized later and reported. But no help from anyone yet

Me and my husband were travel-ling to bangkok along with our toddler and booked the hotel after checking the pictures on the site but the room allotted was very different from what was shown and it was in the pathetic condition. They took a deposit as well but there was no one to help us drop the luggage to the room than they were giving to others. This was because our room was given in the old building as the hotel is under renovation. We asked them to change the room as well or upgrade but they asked for additional payment to upgrade or change. Even the bed was not comfortable. Would not recommend.

Hotel is full of hookers from the entrance to the lobby 90% arabs stay here people at the front desk are rude and not attentive at all
also rooms were not clean had to make them clean up during my checkin overall very poor management and bad experience

It was a very good stay for solo male traveller. Every thing was nearby walking distance and readily available

grace hotel is worst and especially their front desk is pathetic and worst customer service and behavior. it’s a no for me any day and i don’t recommend that hotel to anyone…!!!
