As per my choice of room, which i have selected and pay for it are not like that there is no bath tub in the room but mentioned in my billing the telephone was not working properly no locker facility no proper hand wash no dental kit and towel

The best part of this hotel is- 1. The staff were very helpful. 2. It is located in the pratunam market where you can get everything from food, clothes, souvenirs etc at wholesale prices. There is a morning and night market. 3. The room was clean.

Hotel is in the heart of city where actually i wanted to stay, beside very clean and newly constructed place only one problem i have faced and that is wifi. The speed of wifi is not that fast otherwise everything is good

I recently had the pleasure of staying at grand alpine hotel in bangkok and i must say, it exceeded all my expectations! the hotel's location is absolutely perfect, it's situated near all the major shopping malls, making it a shopper's paradise. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. Overall, i would highly recommend grand alpine hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. I look forward to staying at this hotel again in the future!

My stay in hotel. Grand alpine is very staff is very good everything good in this hotel but bfast they give not. To good it's normal they must see about bfast so tourist happy with bfast also

Booking was for 3 person in one room but they were charging extra for bed. The first room i got had no proper widows, room was suffocated, no toiletries. The room i booked was primer but room they gave was very disappointed. After complaining they gave 2nd room but still it wasn't that good. Next day they a proper room, which better than last 2. Limited food options in breakfast. Shortage of breakfast since many guests where waiting for refill the breakfast. Food was not good even. Overall waste of money.

Ac was 10 years old, not cooling much, bad ambience, bed sheet not clean, very old hotel i guess, location is good, price is also good, in short average rooms

We stayed here for just 5 hours in the morning before we checked into our primary hotel. Very basic, and a but run down. However had all the facilities required for crash for few hours. Clean bed and bathroom.
