Hotel and rooms were good. They have 2 evevators and both were not working and they also had issue with bathroom flush tank

Hotel is no where as shown in the photos. Too dark and dull. The breakfast spread was limited.

Hotel wifi is poor, room service wasn't that great as we asked twice to check on tv but no one responded, hotel is in posh location. Breakfast was ok.

One of the most comfortable stay in hotel muse. We had stayed for 5 nights. Amazed with hospitality & helping staff on every corner. Thanks to kalyan, vanja, ly, a, william and others too. Got a great surprise on birthday with special complimentary drink on the house. Will come back here, whenever coming to bangkok.

A very hip hotel. Very central and walking distance away from great shopping and restaurants. The rooms are large and very well appointed. And the bathrooms are a delight. Breakfast is fantastic and staff is very courteous and extremely helpful

The location of the hotel is great and the moment u get out of the hotel there is lot of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Stayed in muse for 3 nights. It has the modern yet vintage english theme to it. Loved the service and everything about it. Special mention for ms. Jamil at the front desk for the prompt check in.

Great location, average hotel

The concept of the hotel is very nice but has very dark ambiance. You won’t like it much until & you are a couple on a romantic stay. No 24 hour coffee shop or restaurant. Speakeasy rooftop bar is nice. Also the staff is very friendly.
