This is not a resort. Pathetic bed and amenities. Nothing is the washroom. Location is right on the khaosan road so you just cant get sleep till morning due to extreme loud music. If you are a night owl and looking fr party all night then this place probably is okay for you.

review for khaosan park resort: i had a fantastic stay at khaosan park resort in bangkok! the hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it a perfect spot for exploring all the happening places nearby. the rooms were spotless, neat, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and secure place to relax after a day of sightseeing. what truly sets this hotel apart is its incredible staff. their hospitality is absolutely next level – they were always warm, welcoming, and eager to assist with any request. they made my stay truly memorable. i am already looking forward to visiting again, this time with my family. i will also highly recommend khaosan park resort to my friends and relatives who are planning a trip to bangkok. this place is a gem!. unfortunately i have not taken any pictures

When i first reached the hotel they refused to give me the room. They said the hotel is full. It's the first time after booking with full payment i am facing this kind of issue. After lots of fights they gave me a non ac room. I have to stay because that place all the hotel was full. I had no choice

Very bad service. No toilet tissue paper and no water bottle was available in hotel room. Room ac was in very bad condition it takes ages to get cool. Very loud music from fynn club and you cannot sleep until l music stops(around 4 morning.

I gave 1 star because of the hotel's position as it is on khaosan road but the rooms are so dirty that when i came at night i saw so many big cockroaches in my room all over in cabinet, floor, bed toooo. And there is also no cleaning service, so the room remains untidy

No service staff, no housekeeping, no receptionist available 24 hours. I am not happy in this hotel. The hotel is not clean. No mirror in bath roo.

It’s a very poorly arranged hotel i am very clearly unsatisfied with your stay i just done my check in and escaped from the hotel with the same hour the review and rating is manipulated i think

We booked the hotel, which is right on the Khaosan Road walking street. The night stroll in that road is awesome. Hotel staff was courteous and welcoming. Overall a pretty good stay. Highly recommended.

room 405 1. bathroom shower 🚿 knob cannot turn on/off it’s broken on the wall 🚱 2. balcony very dirty 🧹 3. back of bathroom door rotting 🚪 🦠 4. cockroaches in bathroom and room 5.bed 🛌 and brown old bedsheet falling off.
