Rooms are quite spacious and very neat and clean. Location is near to terminal 21. The staff is co operative. Also hotel have mini open van to drop near by places. Its like a five star property in good price.

I stayed with my family. The reception challenged the type of accommodation and wanted me to fit in some other type of suites but when i emphasized that they are wrong then they corrected it and provided me same accommodation and that too in a different building. The hotel is located in sukhumvit but the you cant get taxi very easily from here in the peak hours. The hotel staff is nice but there is very less to to get from them. There is no housekeeping or phone in the room, so every time you need anything you will have to walk to nearest 7-11 as only two bottles are given and no other facilities are there. Basically it is a condo turned to hotel so people live there as well.

Located very near to metro station, room was fantastic, very neat and clean. Serv8ce is very good. Staff were very helpful and guideful. I reccomand this hotel for any travellers

There were cockroaches in rooms bathroom etc. Ac air smells. Not a pleasant experience overall.

We booked hotel via makemytrip, it's our worst decision to book via you. Property location is very deserted, the behavior of staff is very rude, we booked twin bed and request for that, they denied directly and advise to talk with make my trip. Even when we demand for water in room they replied that water will be serve twice a day only. That is the reason we check out next day 10th june 2024. So refund out balance payment, we already send you many mails.

No pool and gym

As shown in mmt. There is no swimming pool, no gym in the hotel. We had to know this after check in.

I have booked a 5 days stay, then booked a 5 day extension of the room well in advance of 2 days, while my wife is asleep at 9am a bell boy walks into the room with the key to say come down to make the payment. Which was already paid. There was no intercom in their premium suite, so he enters unalarmed into a womans room while her husbands not in the hotel. Reception says, sorry we are like this. No apologies. Ps: this hotel isnt for families. Its for streetwalkers

Amazing staff. Shout-out to mr sunshine and all the lobby staff. Caring and loving. Excellent room & super important. Peaceful atmosphere, even thou located on the bustiest place. Very close to metro and 7/11 supermarket. A must visit place.

This is a great hotel for a comfortable stay in bangkok. The location is amazing as all the major malls, restaurants and party places are a stones throw away. I also need to give a special shout-out to mama yoko at the front desk. She helped us check-in like a breeze and also helped us with all the right information we asked for to go around in the city.
