Hotel stay in novotel was good. Hotel is in a good location with proximity to multiple travel options like taxi, sky train. Staff were professional and helpful. Breakfast was good. Overall, a good stay option for medium budget.

I stayed for 2 days and had gone on vacation to bangkok. The stay was good and was given free upgrade on room, the rooms are average size, food is good and staff is polite. Location is near metro with tuk tuk service from hotel

We had a good experience at novotel. The staff was welcoming and prompt we had a quick checkin and checkout. Rooms were good and facilities are good too
indian restaurant in the lobby was very good and we liked the food. Breakfast buffet is excellent and fruit spread is amazing.

Good hotel but bad breakfast for vegetarians, specially when there are so many indian tourist. Kind of quiet street then soi 22 but we like this
Very good experience must try the infinity pool at 9th floor and rooftop bar at the 25th floor.

Kids swimming pool was very bad in condition. Many tiles in pool are broken, due to which my 2 kids got hurt their legs and they were bleeding. If any one want to enjoy swimming pool with baby, it is not recommendable to stay in this hotel

Located centrally the property is not too far from main road yet walkable to sukhumvit. Convenient to get sky train or mrt. Say was comfortable and rooms were clean. Did not try food beyond breakfast. Services were good with good excellent amenities.

Room size is pretty good and layout is also fine. However, there are certain areas of improvement such as there was no moisturiser kept in the washroom and there is no conditioner hair conditioner also in the washroom and as far as the breakfast is concerned, i mean, indian breakfast was really lousy, any indian cannot eat it uncooked parathas and dry south indian breakfast like up-ma was completely unacceptable and there were no fresh fruit juice kept in the breakfast buffet at least one could have been put. So these are the areas of improvement, rest everything is fine, thank you.

The location of the hotel was good very near to malls and night clubs, the rooms were quite decent with normal interior and breakfast was just basic nothing special.

Based in sukhumvit, the hotel is in a very good location. Walking distance availability of indian food, big malls, subway services helps novotel sukhumvit 20 get 4/5 stars. The only negativity is indian breakfast. Though i saw 40% of indian guests, there were very few breakfast choices for indians.
