Good rooms, good service and nice people. Breakfast could’ve been better, spread was very limited with hardly any vegetarian and vegan options.

I had a bad experience in pullman. The restaurant staff was very rude. There were no vegetarian options at all during our 4 day stay. The room had a foul smell. The flooring was torn. When we asked for cutlery in our room, we were asked to pay 100 bht for 3 paper plates and spoon. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The cleaning staff doesn’t clean the room properly. Two days my room was not cleaned when i asked the night manager why did it not cleaned he lied that you have pressed dnd which i didn’t and specifically asked the staff in morning to clean it. The night manager of the hotel mr pan and his staff at night a girl and a guy all three of them were very rude and didn’t care that i was complaining regarding their service and started lying on face that i placed my room on dnd. I had to go out in night around 2o clock till my room got cleaned.

Great location. Good hotel. The staff is very polite and helpful. Excellent breakfast. We stayed for five nights. We faced an issue with the air conditioning in our room and our room was changed. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

they make us wait for 40min to give the room which I booked with full paid 2 weeks earlier n that also in a leaked water from ceiling in bathroom ...but promptly change the room after complaint..otherwise good stay👍

Location of the property is okay. I would say the hotel is a bit old so everything gives the feeling of being old inclusive of the furniture. However the rooms are big and comfortable. The ac doesnt really cool as much as you would want it to, compared to other hotels that i have stayed in, in bangkok

- the hotel is below average, for the kind of price they charged. The location isn't great if you're travel-ling solo, i tried to step out in the evening and came back after walking till the end of the road. - they mixed my in room dining order with another room. I ordered for a veg pasta through in room dining and they gave me a non veg one. - the room was okay, however all of the plug points were loose, my chargers used to keep falling out! - they have free wifi without any passwords - i'm not sure how safe that is. - the bathroom looked clean at the outset, but definitely could use a deep cleaning. The floor of the shower area had a lot of muck in it.

The room was more of an old styled than a modern one. The a/c wasn't working and despite reporting it, there was neither any improvement nor any alternate room provided the housekeeping changes the linen only if you ask them to, else they just tidy the existing one. First of such an experience ever in life better to consider options like furama which is right opposite to this property. Cheaper and better room and service.

Poor service of the hotel. Less staff. No one picking the room service number or reception number. Had to go to the reception for any requirement. Fridge in the room not working. We stayed at the same hotel in pattaya. Both the properties are pole apart.
