Rooms were pathetic with bad smell and bed bugs. No maintenance at all and no resolution from mm t on compliant raised.

The room service was good but the experience can be made a bit better by getting a few fluorescent light rather than the yellow ones for the ceiling light in the room

Property location is excellent near to khaosan road. Food was not suitable for indians. But i got many good indian restaurants at walking distance of 2min. At khaosan road. I also find amenities and services are best in industry. I think it's best ever experience in bangkok with royal rattanakosin hotel. Thank you mm t

Hotel with affordable cost near to khaosan road. Who want the night party with late night definitely choose this hotel and it can be walkable.

Very bad experience with the hotel staff is very bad stole the things arrogant old school people food was same for breakfast daily they closed the breakfast early around 9:25 am

A very good hotel and hospitality. Staff was really very good and so does the hotel ambience. The location of the hotel was very good and all rooms were neat & clean.

This hotel is so bad service and make my trip can't help us we can't use second time make my trip. All think is hotel is so bad break fast, room size, etc

We are vegetarian people, they did not have anything in vegetarian food served in breakfast except fruits, juices, salad and bread butter. Also the rooms interior was very old and they did not provide shampoo, conditioner, handwash soap, separately. They had an all in one gel type liquid for hair and body, kept common for all. Receptionist didn't understand anything said in basic english language, being such a huge tourist hotel.

Hotel's out side ambience was not good. Receptionist was very arrogant and talking rudely. Only cattle was available in the room but coffee, tea or milk powder sachet were not there. Also, bathroom door was closing properly. Indian/veg food was not available, only bread and fruits were there. Will not recommend this hotel to any indian people.

Bad and rude staff

Staff were very in-cooperative and rude the way they were talking. Next we ordered coffee and there was mosquito in it, even though waiter saw it they did not told us and later we got exchanged. No room service whenever called they did not pick up.

Little old, but service is good. Less english speaking staff. Far from city. Not ideal for tourists. The great palace and few temples are closer. Nearest metro is 1. 7km

Location - far from market place, food - very poor, no veg food, ordered 1 veg food which was horrible management response & services - very bad would not recommend any indians to stay over there, it can be good for other country citizens. Amenities - good, hotel was very beautiful.

Though i travel to different countries alot, dont really write reviews, but this is the first time i felt the need to do it. The staff was very rude, the rooms are terrible, ac does not function properly, the washroom has no space, and breakfast is just bad (they dont write names or ingredients of the dishes and they have 0 veg options. During my stay, i also ran into a little trouble with the room card, i accidentally left it in the room and by the time i came back and informed them, room service had happened and the card was not in the room. I kept trying to inform this to them, but they never listened to me (maybe language barrier) and always sent in a guy with the master card to open the door and made me use of of my credit cards for the room electricity, and right before check out while i was getting late for my flight back home, they didnt let me leave unless i paid a 500thb fine for “losing” the card. Will not recommend one bit, please do your research before booking a stay here.
