They were very accommodative on request, i asked them to discount price since i did not use the paid breakfast services and they did it.

The room was awesome, very clean, the staff is also very helpful. They have extended checkout also. The washroom had excellent quality of amenities and room service was quick

Beautiful and very comfortable stay. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. We had a toddler with us, so we got an early checkin and late checkout to suit our flight timings. For sure, w hotels would be a repeat visit.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with good hospitality and ambiance.
It was an excellent stay with W Bangkok. Good service, exceptional cleanliness, lively atmosphere, excellent locality and literally nothing to complain about. Looking forward to coming back again.
