    Excellent property location but below average food

    Property location is very amazing but the breakfast provide was very very limited, inf-act i was given choice to select only one from the options of choices avialables such aa one of juice, one of food. Thai people were very very helpful

    Location + hotel is like a 5 star but hospitality is below 3 stars

    The location and overall hotel interiors seems to be of a 5 star level. It's beautiful and breathtaking, however, i don't think the hotel can cope with so many guests at once. The lady at the reception, her name starts with 't' is very cold and uninterested when you ask her for anything. She will rarely go out of her way for anything. Even at their restaurant 'vanilla, the older lady and rarely makes efforts to fulfill requests. Their first answer itself is always no. I find that the hotel needs a major hospitality lesson on how to treat guests. Not at all hospitable. Most of them speak below-average English and as people i found them to be very impatient and cold heart-ed as people.
