Amari Pattaya

Stayed here for 3 nights got a free upgrade to duplex room from their side overall the Amari Pattaya. Room & services are very good. Pros pool with rides, connecting canal ride feel, kids and you enjoy a lot together. Beach is just in front of the Amari Pattaya, 2 mins walk indoor kids play area is very good separate section in the outdoor for kids cycling, football, badminton area and overall feel, comfort is amazing breakfast spread was good considering it is thaliland. Couple of indian food options in the breakfast. Cab, taxi bookings can be done from the Amari Pattaya. Cons no indian food option in dinner, in room dining, we had ordered from grab app for a day, next day the rider from grab didn't pick the food since it was raining a bit, so plan accordingly. Overall thailand has english language problem, they like to speak only thai. Most of the people do not understand english (didn't face issue in the Amari Pattaya, but for locations outside Amari Pattaya mostly.

It was very comfortable in fact luxurious stay, we 3 families with kids had 4 night stay in their deluxe ocean view room. Very good and different pool options for adults and children's with water rides in pool, great pool side sitting facility and comfort. Location just 3-4 minutes walk distance from Sea side market and 6-8 minutes ride from local market, but actually very good as it is not gathered and surrounded by chaotic public and vehicles, very good location. Food being pure Indian vegetarian, lack quality veg. Food even in breakfast buffet as well as room 4 restaurants menu. They kept 3-4 specific Indian breakfast items daily and overall if not satisfactory then neither regret able too. Service top-notch! Overall excellent rating, a mere half point deduction for lack of vast veg food options, please mind I said vast options and not no options.

We had a great stay at Amari. Perfectly located at the beginning of the beach toad a pilotless away from the hustle-bustle of the walking street, close to some upmarket areas. Clear views of the ocean as our was an ocean-facing room. The pools for kids on the ground floor are really cute with a little water park there. Great service and hospitality by the Amari Pattaya staff. One thing that could have been better was the toiletries in the bathroom. They were very limited for two people for a 3-day stay. The Amari Pattaya had mentioned an offer for late checkout on their website and also confirmed on MMT but we didn't get it when we asked for it at the reception. Overall the stay was pleasant and we would definitely want to go back.

Coming from amari krabi, this felt like a different experience. The check in was smooth wherein they upgraded our 2 rooms to a single suite. The staff, mook and namwa were friendly. Rest of the staff during our 2 nights were polite but not overtly friendly or helpful, specially most of the pool team. The property itself is really great and they have some amazing amenities for kids and have a kids club too. There are lots of restaurants nearby and a 7-11 just outside the property. The beach is opposite the Amari Pattaya and has lots of small shops. But overall has a Amari Pattaya feel and is commercial while krabi was a resort feel and more homely

Amari pattaya is one of the finest resorts facing beach for family stay. It's on beach road and very convenient for reaching main attractions. Staff is very courteous and they don't deny for anything you ask them. Kids pool, water park area is awesome. And the breakfast buffet is wholesome with all international dishes. Health club and breeze spa is another speciality of amari. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest in amari and highly recommend for families. Wonderful time spent at amari pattaya. Grand lobby, beautiful rooms, awesome breakfast, comfortable water pool side activities.

One of the best Amari Pattayas i have ever stayed. Check in was smooth. The front desk people are very helpful. Rooms are absolutely great. The view is really great. Beachfront property with great location, not very close to walking street, so good for families. 7-11 is very close by. Property has a very good water park for young kids. The only thing i didn't like was the rude staff at the amaya in house restaurant and aqua bar, very very rude behaviour. The staff at the concierge is very helpful especially one. Highly recommended property.

The rooms provided was of city view, instead of sea view, he highlighted that we had booked city view but the confirmation did not mention any such “city view” room word. I even requested him to charge me a bit more for sea view room but he simply decided to ignore my request and continue to do its work. The room was good and clean, but the drinking water provided tasted different. The hot water does not come with just turn of tap. You have to give a good 3-4 min. Other than this the stay was nice and breakfast was excellent.

So many good things with Amari Pattaya 1. Awesome water park/swimming pool. Kids loved it 2. Good indian food in breakfast. Gave ample time upto 11 for breakfast. 3. Very cooperative staff 4. Pr-ego is good italian restaurant 5. Rooms and other areas in top condition apparently new Amari Pattaya. 6. Very good location, in front of beach, on pattaya road, near mall and tiffany show. Nearby water sports overall a must stay for families

Location is amazing particularly when you stay in club rooms. I spent most of my time watching the sea and fantastic view of the neighborhood. There is a big spread of food and we can pickup our favorite. Club launge hospitality is too good, world class and better than many international Amari Pattayas. Rooms are superb and i don’t have anything to complain except the quality of shaving kit though it is being used by very few.

Room was not provided as per booking had been done by us for both rooms. Indian food variety is the least in breakfast served to us only 2 options given to us which also not good in taste and we had informed the same to their representative their also.
The room which opted is not provided as per us as we had paid for ocean view for 2 room but we had got construction view which is not good as per us.

Great Amari Pattaya with great child activities. I have only two minor complaints with the Amari Pattaya. First is the breakfast menu was repetitive and secondly the gym was very basic. Staffs were great and always helpful, big thumbs up for them. A must consideration if travelling with family, as the room size was good and is very near to the Beach. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Excellent location property across beach stayed at amari suites very neatly done rooms staff is very courteous only negative is no indian vegetarian food options in Amari Pattaya couple of options in breakfast for indian vegetarian but that too tastes horrible should have indian chef similar to amari watergate bangkok with so many indians coming to amari pattaya

Great location, excellent view, awesome hospitality

The Amari Pattaya is located right across the beach. Though renovation and construction work is currently on, it didn't affect our stay at all. The rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained. Staff were friendly. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast too. Overall, very happy with the choice of Amari Pattaya we made.

Really 5-star we got very good room. Comfortable for 3 person. Bathroom excellent. Good Indian breakfast with variety. Will visit again in the future.

It was superb stay in amari executive club king room. It goes in 7star category. Property is just amazing. I appreciate the facilities complimentary benefits and the staff behaviour. It made my stay beautiful just like in heaven with family.

The stay was fantastic and the Amari Pattaya staff was very curious. Will surely go back if the opportunity is there.

The Amari Pattaya was very nice with good facilities for kids. The aqua Park area manager Pekung was very nice and helpful. He went out of his way to help us out. My only issue was with housekeeping as it was very very slow to respond

We stayed in this property for 3 nights. Best kid friendly property in pattaya. Beach is clean and peaceful. Food was good. Will be back soon.

Hotel is at a perfect location

Brilliant property, thoughtful and caring especially when it comes to kids. Amazing facilities, great breakfast, very good rooms. Good location! If you travelling with family this is the place to stay and spend your holidays!

Good Ambience, courteous Staff, great location had a sea view from the room, I enjoyed swimming pool, only being renovated so no restaurant.

There was less veg food but everything was very good and enjoyed

Pool area is very nice specially for kids, they can have lots of fun. Food is also good some indian options are always there in breakfast buffet plus special kids area at buffet.

Very well located Amari Pattaya on the Beach Road and near the shopping district. Good family rooms with bunk beds for kids- they loved it. Good breakfast with decent indian options also. Cheerful staff. Prompt service

The stay was fantastic the only concern is no proper indian food at the property. Placing a dish a day on a small counter for the purpose of naming “indian food at the property” does not makes sense. Rest - Amari Pattaya and service is all fantastic. Just lack of indian food rather you can say no indian food. Only fruits available

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The Amari Pattaya team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most.
