Expected the place to have option to dine-out which was completely missing. The hotel location wasn’t decent and staff had language barriers hence couldn’t support much. The air conditioner wasn’t effective. All in all i won’t recommend this place for stay for a solo female traveler

Overall it's a good hotel, staff is good, from cleanliness point of view it's good, near to the pattaya beach as well. It's just you can not expect extra water bottles, can't even buy from hotel, if needed u have to go out and buy from store.

Very very nice stay in pattaya very good staff and supporting nature location was very good but they have not canteen but arrange in other hotel very clean area overall very nice stay in 247 boutique hotel

Nice staff. Everyone are super nice. House keeping reception and technician. Love this hotel. Beautiful small gym and pool. No steam and sauna as advertised.

Very center to access pattaya second road as well as beach road, so near to so buakhao, behind treetown so no issues to enjoy all day party. Nice staff, all good

Hi guys, it's very nice hotel, good location, close to beach and walking street. Price is very low and 3 star comfort. I definitely recommend fir budget travellers

It's decent Hotel located in the right location of Pattaya but room size is bit smaller but maintenance is good. Staff are ok
