Yes the stay was comfortable and staff was very polite and the hotel was very clean and very hygienic and the location was very perfect for all the activities near by

Super small rooms take a room in the stay hotel next building

Tower b rooms are super small not at all worth to stay. Sea view is just a glass wall not worth. Even superior room toilet is non comfortable for tall guys

The sea facing room in tower b is waste of money very very small even there wash basin is next to you bed. Toilet is very small not worth for 2 people. There photos are misleading you don’t realise the size of room it’s only below 140sqft

Basic amenities missing

I wasn’t provided with the basic amenities like i had got last time in this hotel. Like water, toiletries, tea / coffee making ingredients. They said it wasn’t available. However from our fellow travellers we heard that they got this service. It was weird.

Wonderful sea view and 1 min walk to beach, nice cleaned with walking distance to travel anywhere, safe and available food, shops at walking distance

I would rate my stay at hotel serenotel as very average - it's very basic and value for money at best. The 'standard room' that i had booked initially was tiny in dimension and the bathroom was minuscule (the smallest i have ever encountered!
the only positive is that the hotel is located bang on the beach and very reasonably priced.

First day as a booked room to front they are saying you have to pay 900 thb more and then ac is not working properly i will 2 days but they are not give any solution and swimming pool is too much small or room also

Lovely Sea view from windows

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The most fascinating point is it's location. Just at the Pattaya beach front. One can view the tourists parasailing all over the Pattaya beach front. Even one can see the full beach view from room itself.

The rooms are small but being a Beach facing property they tried maximum rooms to be Beach facing, the view is marvellous especially the sunset

Excellent location. Sea view from rooftop and some rooms have side sea view and some has sea view from room, 5-7 minutes to walking street.

Room was good, clean but pool area was not at all big
Amazing loaction. You can easily find food joints nearby .. Beach is just at few steps.
Staff was not that good
But no choice in breakfast .. Better to book without breakfast

Hotel was very good... Quite disappointed with my standard room because it was very small rather than everything very good.. No complains.. Staff good and cooperative... Swimming pool bit small with very great view.. Pleasant stay.. Got my room prior check in time was very great help from hotel... I would recommend this hotel...

Good Hotel on the beach, value for money. They should introduce buffet breakfast option along with some Indian and specially vegetarian dishes option. Otherwise location and hotel is very good. Very nice Pool and it has very nice view over the sea.

Location of the hotel was good, I got a good deal from MMT so can't complain about value for money. However service of the hotel should be improved. It took us around 30-45 minutes to check in hotel as they were unable to find the booking.
