Deevana Patong Resort & Spa

Mixed reviews of our stay at the resort. Pros big spacious resort very green. Lots of plants all around and maintained well decently done up rooms comfortable beds, nice pillows. Good gesture of providing umbrella, swimming caps, goggles, towels and a nice beach bag in the room itself. Two nice, clean and big swimming pools. Indian food at the restaurant along with thai and pizza. Reasonably priced compared to the restaurants outside. We were quite happy to have two meals here when we were tired after a long day out. Breakfast spread was nice. Mix of thai, western and indian. Check-in was smooth. My emails prior to arrival to confirm my booking were responded to promptly. My request for a twin bed was also accepted. Occupancy seemed good with a healthy racial mix. Cons this place could win the title of ‘cannot’ city. This was the standard answer to a lot of our questions/ requests. Can we get some onions to go with our indian food? - ‘cannot’ (unless you pay for it) can i get water along with my food in the restaurant? - ‘cannot. You have to pay for it!’ (after ordering chicken and naan, i realised that one naan isnt going to be enough) can i get another naan quickly to go with my chicken. - ‘cannot get it quickly. The food comes from the restaurant in the co-located ramada Deevana Patong Resort & Spa. It will take 5-10 minutes’ me at eight pm: can you send me fresh cups for me to make tea in the morning? - ‘cannot. We provide only one set of cups in the day. Please wash them for second use. ’ me at 07:00am: can you send me some tea bags please? - ‘cannot. House keeping comes in only at 8am. Please wait another hour. ’ can i get a weighing scale? - ‘cannot. Please use the weight machine kept at the entrance of the Deevana Patong Resort & Spa’ can i get an iron? - ‘cannot. Please use the iron and ironing board kept in the locker room at the entrance to the spa. ’ the pan cakes are very thick. Can you make them thinner? - ‘cannot. The batter is like this only’ having stayed in a number of remarkable five star properties in india, we come to expect many aspects of their service as granted. We didn’t get them here despite that it was priced similarly and had a great rating. I’m not sure if that’s a characteristic of this resort t in general, but it didn’t feel nice.

I love the place and its ambience, especially the clean pool. I would always want to stay here for SOME of their in-class services. The rooms and the linen were spotless and fresh only for the first four days coz the housekeeping was done by a different lady. NIMI the reception staff, she did a wonderful service. Lets highlight the things that need to be changed immediately with training. 1. Housekeeping the Tall/broad lady grumpy expression - for the next four days did a shoddy job, did not sweep the floor, the cups were not washed, spoon arrangement was distorted, towels were not kept neatly folded on the racks, they were placed unkempt, linen sheets were creased despite placing the wooden placard to change the sheets. The sweeping was done like a little Alice in wonderland by doing a feather touch on the floor. On, one of the days, she forgot to keep the towels, I went immediately and asked her, she flings the towel onto my chest. Not acceptable behavior at all. I lost my cool and went to the reception to complain and the guest relation manager isn't available. the cups were kept tardly, towels on the rack like a rag cluster and the crease on the sheets. Both of them claim they have no idea of why the wooden placard is kept and its purpose. 2. Breakfast is great and good. I find your restaurant staff greet only the white customers and not the Asian customers. Voluntarily they would go to them, greet them, exchange pleasantries, and ask about their day. My feedback is critical yet Deevana Patong is still my favourite for my next visit.

I stayed here with my spouse and we loved everything starting from rooms to breakfast to service. Location is perfect to walk to patong beach, bangla street with many options to eat from local thai cuisine to italian, indian and not to miss night street food. The only thing i felt was a bit off is there was no water bottle provided when we checked-in and when i asked them for the same, they investigated room at-least 2-3 times and then provided water bottles. This may be because some tend to take those bottles away and they are being bit more cautious. But suggest you to take a video/inspect room when you check-in to be on safer side. Overall i would be coming back for sure as i loved the place.

We had a good experience at the Deevana Patong Resort & Spa except for two, three occasions. They provided a baby cot without asking for it and we really appreciate it. Howeve, the menu should have more vegetarian options. Sometimes they only have papaya as a vegetarian dish. Plus we found two dining staff very rude, the rest were really friendly. Once I went to the dining area while returning from shopping and requested them to provide us plates and spoons, but instead the guy asked me to carry everything on my own. When I asked him that I have handful of stuff already and he should do it, he showed a very bad attitude. He finally did what I said but the experience was really uncalled for

Located less than a km. From the patong beach, beside wyndham by ramoda. All major tour operators offer pick-up/drop-off for this Deevana Patong Resort & Spa. We were allocated a room on the ground floor and had a wonderful stay for 4 days. Pros: well maintained swimming pool, lavish breakfast buffet, beach towels &bag, coffee/tea sachets, hot water kettle are provided and early check-in/late check-out requests entertained if rooms are available. All members of the staff including mr. Kevin - a gm is very co-operative. Cons: rooms are a bit dimly lit giving it a shabby look. The lightings could be improved a bit.

deevana patong resort and spa is an excellent stay option in the patong district of phuket. if you want to stay close to all the happening places, look no further! the resort is just 12-15 minutes walk from patong beach, while at the same time it's also close to the party hubs.. the property in itself is very well spaced out and you will be surprised how it opens up as you go inside. it has two pools, rooms are spacious and very clean. the breakfast spread is quite lavish. very good for family stays too. i would not hesitate to book the place again on my next visit.

The location of the resort is plus. It's 10 mins walk to Bangla street. It's located in area full of street food and shops. 10 mins walk to Patong beach. Breakfast was good. Lot in variety. Staff was good and always smiling. We booked garden view wing room. It was big and clean. You have small extra bed so good for families with kid. Overall a good stay. Cons: The package they offer for activities in Phuket like Phi phi island and James bond is little expensive than others. We had asked for airport drop at 5 am. Otherwise everything else was good in the resort.

We had a short stay in this resort but it was a nice stay. This resort is nearby Patong Beach (approx 900 meters) and Bangla walking street is approximately 1. 2 km (we returned by walk). We enjoyed nice dinner buffet in Friday evening (special day). Garden is quite spacious but garden faced rooms are not very big. They have a swimming pool for child and another for adult. Also they have some childcare units. We could not get spa because all staffs were pre-booked. They arranged paid airport transfer in morning. Overall good experience.

The Deevana Patong Resort & Spa is around 1.5 km from Patong beach but easily accessible. I loved the ambience and cleanliness of the Deevana Patong Resort & Spa. We did had few issues. First, that we had booked Jacuzzi room but they said it wasn't available on the first day so they gave another normal room and made us shift to Jacuzzi room next day. For compensation, they gave us free dinner and coffee vouchers. Otherwise a nice place to have relaxing stay. All the markets is nearby too.

We stayed one night in Deevana Patong resort's deluxe rooms with jacuzzi. The room was very spacious and shiny clean. Only thing is that the promised jacuzzi was a basic one and doesn't have a heated tub. After reaching the Deevana Patong Resort & Spa we found out that there are some promotional offers such as airport taxi, spa, etc available to folks staying for a minimum of 2 nights. I wish we had known this earlier. Otherwise a pleasant stay quite close to Patong Beach.

I stayed at deevana resort for two nights (03 days, our stay was very comfortable. Location of reset is very good, 500mtrs. Away from patong beach. Staff is very friendly, humble and very helpful. We have checked-in 04 hours earlier without any additional cost. Breakfast spread was good however for indian vegetarians options are very limited and not so good. There are plenty of indian restaurants nearby Deevana Patong Resort & Spa. Overall we enjoyed our stay in phuket.

We loved that the resort was not congested and was spread across with numerous trees and gardens. The swimming pools were not congested and were well maintained. Basically the open area was a delight to be in. We were also happy with the variety in their breakfast pallette. Having booked a deluxe room, we found room to be small and not well lit. The interiors could have been better. But considering the full experience, the place is worth going for and value for money.

Easy check in process, early possession of the room was made available, friendly staff, clean swimming pools, well maintained gardens. Overall a good place to stay in Patong. One can explore Phuket as a local.

The stay at deevana resort was really great. Room was clean and very spacious. Will definitely come back.

One thing can improve they can provide iron boards in the rooms rather than going to the locker room.

Hotel is located in happening area of Patong, everything is close by. There are many indian, italian, Thai restaurants near the Deevana Patong Resort & Spa. Also this Deevana Patong Resort & Spa provides indian buffet lunch/dinner. Good for people who Miss indian food. Resort is very well maintained, it's big, rooms are spacious enough. Hotel is at walking distance from most happening area of Phuket (walking street near Beach)

Great location, excellent service, awesome facilities (like swimming pool, high speed wifi, parking for two wheeler near room) 5 star quality room and bathroom. Good varieties in morning breakfast(but less options for indians. Will definitely book again. Only downside is: the resort is situated a bit inside from the road. We need to walk around 200 metres to get to the road.

This Deevana Patong Resort & Spa has good amenities and excellent food. Staff is very supportive and helping. There is 10minute walk to patong beach from the Deevana Patong Resort & Spa. Overall its a great option to stay

It was a nice Deevana Patong Resort & Spa, clean room, value for money, great location, cooperative front desk staff, best for me I got early check in on prior my request. Overall it was a great experience

The place was very good and will definitely suggest-who wants to stay just a little bit of advice is that take rooms on the higher floor rather than booking tge jacuzzi room.

The pool is maintained so well and then the place is kept very clean. It's a good place to hangout. You have activities for kids also and the food served is awesome
