Resort was excellent but the reception desk staff was not very hospitable. Rooms were good and upto the mark, view was excellent, very little choices for vegetarians though in breakfast. Overall 4/5

Location is amazing as it’s near to patong which is the tourist/party hub for ****et. Resort itself is so huge and spread on a mountain so that keeps you secluded and away from the noise. We rented a motorbike which made our travel very easy. Room service and wifi is bad though. Had to call multiple times for small things. Since the resort is huge and on an incline, they offer a pick up and drop service. Which is good in the day but is pathetic post sunset.

We were scheduled to arrive early at about 8:30 am due to early morning flight from kolkata. We had given intimation to the hotel that we shall arrive early and they replied "will do our best" but after arrival they said check in at 2pm and did not allow early check in. They were following rule book such a way that they opened check in counter at 2 pm not even 15 minutes before. Room was good with great sea view.

Hotel was good and located in prime location(near patong beach. View was excellent. But service was little poor. They give only two small water bottles per day which is very very little and extra water bottles are charged.

Staff are unprofessional, rooms are old. With old furniture. Wait for at least 20 minutes for room service to attend your call and that to after 2-3 reminders. The property views are nice but you can get many other properties in Phuket with amazing views. Very pathetic experience

Room was not full ocean view initially, had to fight a lot and then we were moved next day and the room provided also had broken door, it almost fell on us.

Very poor experience, service was very poor, room phone was not working, room cleaning was not done, have reported many times, but it was not resolved till my stay, even reception staff was rude. Stay was pathetic, service was very poor, not recommendable to stay, staff was not supportive

A really nice stay area in the heart of patong that too view sea view. Just that we have booked a grand deluxe room with a full seaview, but we were provided with room of partial sea view.

Tv was not working, i launched complaint at reception but no action. My room no. Was 7110. Check out experience luggage pick up person had very attitude. Overall not worth for money.

1. Waited 1. 5hrs for the buggy to get to my room after checkin. 2. Mini fridge in my room was not working since the first day, kept calling them to fix it, but no one did anything about it. 3. Found a big insect in my washroom and when i showed the photo at the reception they said “it’s nature sir”. 4. Jet wash in my washroom was leaking, nobody fixed it. 5. Called for cutlery on day2 but never got it. All the customers that we met around in the resort were equally bothered about the service and lack of attention from the staff. They charge a hefty amount for their rooms but the service is really bad. Wouldn’t recommend.

Beautiful property with magnificent view of the sea

The property is set on a hill and offers magnificent view of the sea. The panoramic view from their restaurant is breathtaking. We checked in at wee hours of the morning and the check in was seamless despite the odd hours. The breakfast spread is decent and the service good.

Horrible experience, rooms are not same like pictures which they posted, all furniture in room is break, tables chairs bed, and toilet is always too smelly and dirty with yellow spots, staff was very very rude and yelling on coustomers if they asked clean room. Minus 0 zero star
