Some staff sounded rude and seems like they talk about you. It was during my check in with a guy and a girl staff. Gave them my passport solely to check details about my check in and not to talk about my personal life. I understand that they speak limited english but they should make sure to sound respectful.

The property was under construction and rooms were very average. Would not recommend to book this hotel until at least construction is completed. With that, very limited options for vegetation. They should work on it.

It was a very comfortable stay, the staff highly cooperative and the amenities such as swimming pool, spa and bar were clean and maintained. The rooms were also clean with all basic amenities. Had a wonderful staii

Nice location, close to the patong beach, walkable distance. Lot of eateries nearby and 7 eleven is right next building. Buffet breakfast was good and had multiple options. Though hotel restoration work was going on, we did not face much issues. They have happy hours also by the pool serving nice cocktails.

Resort was under renovation. Rooms are pretty congested, food options are very limited, no indian food, no parking space etc. Overall it was not worth.

Rooms were very small. For a family of 3 it was very congested. Balcony is just for name sake and we can’t open it due to insects. Everything is very expensive : spa, laundry, food. Only positive is the location. It’s very close to the beach and other attractions. Breakfast was the worst. We stayed for 3 days and every day the menu was same. Nothing different or new. Would recommend this for individuals who are on business. This resort is not for family and leisure travellers.

I had a decent experience with burasari. I booked a premeir room which was decent, clean and had a god view of the pool. The room weren't much spacious but it had a like-able grace with paintings and good decor. I had also ordered food which was pretty decent. It's located at 2 mins from the patong beach. Prime location. All in all, i had good experience with them.

Very close to the beach. Rooms and clean and housekeeping is prompt. Indian veg options are available at a walking distance.

The hotel is located at a 2 min walk from the beach and 10min walk from the bangla road. It is at the quieter end of the beach, so ideal for those who love the hustle and bustle but still want to stay at the quieter side. What i loved the most about the property is the service here. The staff takes care of the tiniest details for the guests. The only con i found is that the break assortment was limited, specifically for vegetarian people.

Hotel provided complementary mini bar, beach chair, umbrella, hairdryer. Cleanliness was good. Breakfast was also very nice.

Our stay in Burasari Phuket, booked through Make My Trip was simply fabulous! The room, room service, hotel location & ambiance, the complementary breakfast, the behaviour of staff etc. all were top notch. We are very satisfied with this booking!

It a an excellent boutique property on patong street. Very clean and nice thai architecture. The staff is very friendly and warm. Was surprised to learn that the mini bar is free and part of your room stay. The breakfast ambience, two big pools, the pool bar, the big photogenic gate architecture towards the pool, all so cool and fabulous. The rooms have a constant lemongrass smell, due to ointment that keeps burning, adds more to thai fee. We booked this for the yon a beach party, whose jetty pier is at a walking distance.
