Propery shower got broke no dental hygiene kit provided and breakfast was also average thought of near to beach but little bit away so overall average

The rooms and location was good. Only issue being that it wasn’t mentioned anywhere that would be a deposit fee, also only 2 small water bottles in the room. Also the hotel is spread between 2 buildings and if you have a room in building 1, you dint have access to a lift. You have to go via building 2’s lift and cross via a small bridge and climb the stairs down. Major inconvenience. We would have booked something else. There are much better hotels/ hostels near patong. We would recommend looking into those. We stayed here for 2 nights before moving to another hotel and honestly it was a ft-he best decision

Everything was just horrible

It was a horrible experience staying in halloo patong. The bedsheets were dirty with stains and also the hotel was totally different from the pictures shown

Thai people are hard working (mostly) so over all its a good experience. Location: Closer to the malls, like 5 mins and bang you're in the centre.
