Nice rooms. Very neat and clean but small rooms and small bathrooms. As tourists, we use room for sleep and fresh up, best choice and nice stay

Small room not good for 2 person at all, charging point was not working, ac was not working, staff service poor, breakfast for breakfast indians also not recommending. Indians should avoid this hotel.

We had a wonderful time at ibis patong. The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view. Perfect location, just minutes away from the beach and local attractions. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway"

This was the worst day in phuket at ebbs patton. The rooms were too small for the price, and the water logging in the washroom and the rooms were not even soundproof. Even when we were talking, people can hear our voices from the from the next room. It was an horrible experience in this hotel. There was no concierge in the lobby.

Very nice place, walking distance from patong beach. Staff was very polite and co operative. Very comfortable stay i have had here. One thing that bothered me was there only 2-3 items for vegetarians

Terrible Stay

It was raining, they gave me room which was at extreme corner and because of rain, there was water inside my room everyday. I had literally used towels to soak the water. Because of water the door was all wet and even the lock machine got stuck at once and they had to repair that. The staff didnt provide any alternative room but just gave extra towel to put outside and inside room so water is soaked. Room no 532 terrible experience. Unfortunately i didn’t clicked pictures but you can check by calling the front deck at ibis on how many times i called them and requested them to change my room, but nothing was done

Rooms are very small. Property is old and needs a makeover. No ac in lobby and corridors. I left my jacket but mistake in the bathroom. Within 10 minutes, it disappeared. Hotel staff couldn't help me find it. Wooden door of room was hard and needed maintenance. Breakfast for vegetarians very limited choice.

Ac leakage within the room

First night stay was good. But the following day evening after we came back to our room, water was leaking from the ac area and the room was all moist. When we complained about this they said they will send a service guy but they didn’t. When we asked for a different room next they said we have to keep the ac on all the time and it’s our mistake. I have not seen such issues anywhere else. Other facilities where all good but this is not acceptable from a known provider like ibis.

The service provided by ibis was too bad and horrible. The response and support from reception front end is completely poor to the standard and the brand name. In our room for a couple only one tea bag abed one milk cream was kept and when we asked for this they are showing photo of 2 tea bag kept and we were shell shocked with this response. We couldn't take it up and we had to share the photo of one tea bag kept and you can imagine it's all for a tea bag just a tea bag. We felt soo uncomfortable and helpless at that moment

There is no bellboy we have to carry our luggage to the room while check in and check out. Only 2 trolley for whole hotel and one lift for whole hotel. Second lift was un operational for 5 days. Hotel experience, staff and facilities were ok.

Beautiful cozy room with all the amenities. Quite near to the beach as well as the famous bangla road.
