Too costly and no view, less spacious room, will suggest not to book this hotel. Also no facilities they provide

The place was as good as shown in picture, so easy and accessible to beach and rest of the convenience areas such as rental cars, restaurants and even walking street of Phuket additionally i have a immense pleasure and respect for hotel stuff as they were so professional and cooperative

Location is good, however the resort is aging and it shows. The price offered is due to cutting corners in service. Won't say it's a bad choice but if you are looking for a comfortable stay with bit of pampering may be look somewhere else.

Great location. Good people. Only issue is that it is hard to find hotel help after 9:00 pm
but the balcony view of patong beach and andaman sea is awesome

Excellent stay, warm hospitality* i recently had the pleasure of staying at sunset beach resort and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The hotel's amenities, cleanliness, and comfort exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally cooperative, courteous, and eager to assist. However, i would suggest enhancing the breakfast spread to include more indian vegetarian options. While the existing menu was impressive, a few more vegetarian choices would cater better to diverse tastes. Overall, i highly recommend sunset beach resort] for its warm hospitality, excellent services, and comfortable stay. With a more inclusive breakfast menu, it would truly be a standout destination.

Comfortable and memorable stay

Our stay at sunset beach resort was very pleasant and memorable. The location was perfect, jusr opposite the sea, brekfast was reasonable and above all all the staff of the hotel were very helpful. Mr golf who was manning the swimming pool was very good. We were also allowed three hours early check in free of cost overal we had a memorable stay

Receptionist pen is very rude, they kept us waiting for 2 hour 50 min to give room even after waiting on reception for 40 min they asked us ti waut till 2. 40pm

Hotel facilities not upto the mark. There was power cut for two hours and hence have to live without a. C. There was dirty water coming in bathtub.

Amazing pool. Good rooms. Great food with wide options and great taste. Amazing sunset view from the restaurant with live music. At times, they would not service to the room and say to pick up from the reception. But they were very friendly and nice and helped me with bandages and betaine. Overall good experience and value for money.
