    No water in the rooms

    Water bottles were charged, they do not provide water bottles free of charge in the room

    The hotel is just opposite to the Bilem Beach. That is the only and only good part about the hotel and the restaurants are nearby. The worst part of the hotel is they don't let you get outside eatables not even drinking water and they don't even provide the kettle in the room. The first room I got was really bad as the air conditioner wasn't working and the second day there was no hot water in the morning to take shower. Won't recommend this hotel. Its just the front desk staff is good and co-operative.
