Rooms could use some construction maintenance New flooring, floors were stained and dirty. A few things needs replacing or repaired.
There was little dirt on ciuch. It was fine overall.

Nice and comfortable room
The stay was nice. Comfortable room. Comfy bed. Nice location. Easy checkin and checkout. The room has a lot of amenities. The cleanliness wasn't so great but it was good. Compared to the price this is a good choice.
the bathroom was a little bit small but every other things were nearly perfect.
verified t.selfOct 12, 2019 Apartment was dirty despite daily housekeeping and basic amenities weren’t replaced in the room such as towels, toilet roll, water and tea/coffee once used. Several times it was required to request items from reception, although they were always brought to the room upon request.

The location is not eazy to reach ,
The AC was bad innetially and the remote control was out of order , it took long time from me to convense the reciption to call the teqnition and change the remote control..
Overall, it was not anice experience..
Hotel room was perfect and 2 floors. And staff was so kind and friendly. Area is safe.
The room was dusty when i checked in.
Heavy smoking smell, even if im smoker but still annoying smell.

I accidentally clicked the frowny face for the initial check in, sorry about that. Super friendly staff. They were going out of their way to help you. Breakfast & cafe is really nice too.
I was in Atasehir to have surgery done at a nearby hospital. The location was close enough to walk to both the hospital as well as Carrefour and the shopping mall Palladium. The room I stayed in (1 bedroom) was extremely big and clean with daily room service. I would absolutely stay here again and strongly recommend this place to others. This doesn't come with 5 star ammenities like a swimming pool, etc., but if those things aren't important than you can look forward to a nice large sized fully equipped apartment style accommodation. Staff doesn't speak very good English but you can use the wifi and google translate to help communicate. The breakfast was a typical Turkish style breakfast (not continental) but that didn't bother me. The main concern for me was having a nice large sized place to recover after surgery and not feel boxed in like a person often does in small sized hotels.
Unbelievably loud, as the room was built in a part which is not a room originally.

Nothing special but nothing wrong with the place. It was worth the price I paid. Not many places for eating around but it is about 10 min walk away from the Metro.
Odanın kliması çalışmıyordu ilettik gelip yaptık denildi fakat 5 dk sonra tekrar bozuldu, odanın ışıkları ampulleri sürekli yanıp sönüyordu gözlerimizi aldı, odanın fotoğrafla alakası yoktu bomboştu sadece bir tane koltuk vardı yerler kir içindeydi,duş başlığı bozultu ve kırıktı en kötü deneyimimizdi fakat başka boş oda olmadığından ve ödemeyi iade edemediklerinden kalmak zorunda olduk.
Zayıf bir otel hizmete göre fiyat yüksek etmez
Duşta sıcak su akmıyor, TV çalışmıyor, lavaboda el sabunu bulunmuyor, jakuzi deseniz ayrı bir dert bomboş bişey hiçbir özelliği yok 2-3 saatte anca doluyor, klima zar zor çalıştırıldı (Personel Çağırılarak!!)
Ben ilk defa birşey için uğraşıp yorum yazmaktayım bu kadar ücret alıp bu kadar pis ve kullanışsız olamaz bulunduğum odanın televizyonu ve kliması çalışmıyordu tuvalet inanılmaz pisti personeller anlayışlı ama oda inanılmaz pis ve yoğun bir koku vardı parayla rezillik yaşadım odada jakuzi ocak birtakım şeyler var ama pis ve kullanamadıktan sonra bir anlam ifade etmiyor
