The property was very untidy the ac of the room was not working the lifts in the property was not working the landlines were not working staff was rude and no staff was present there.

They dont provide with basic water bottles. Walls of room are so thin that you can hear everything next door. The people at reception are very rude and egotistical

Hotel is at prime location and with good facilities. Their staff Mr. Mustafa and Miss Sanem are very polite and helping. Facilities are also good. I loved the stay

Everything was good, location was good Indian restaurant was on ground floor. Good location good breakfast. Staff was very good always helps to serve you, the only part was air-conditioner was not working. I am with my family rest of everything was ok and excellent.
