City Seasons Al Hamra

This was my second stay in this City Seasons Al Hamra. Booked 3 rooms for 6 peoples. Everything went well except there was a rude call from reception some 5 hrs after checking out the City Seasons Al Hamra. They were claiming that we forgot 2 bags & they will have to charge me for keeping those bags in the room & thus occupying it. I asked for photos of the bags but City Seasons Al Hamra staff denied. However, after checking with my entire group, i clarified that bags were not our & subsequently, City Seasons Al Hamra also confirmed that bags belongs to another customer. Point is City Seasons Al Hamra staff shall confirm first before alleging & asking for charges. It was very unprofessional approach, hope City Seasons Al Hamra management will teach some behavioral lessons to their front desk staff.

They gave me an upgraded room during my checkin. The room was more spacious than expected, and furnitures are more than enough. Usually City Seasons Al Hamras provide 2x500 ml water/ day with refreshments, but city seasons provided 2x1. 5 litre bottles per day. House keeping is good during our stay but when we entered the room it was little dusty. The location of this City Seasons Al Hamra is great. The electra street opp to this City Seasons Al Hamra have lot of good south indian restaurants. And for shopping greenhouse, wearmart, redtag, 1 to 10 dirhams shops available within 500 metres. The only horrible thing we faced is bathroom. The valves were broken and due to maintenance they couldn’t provide hot water for two days, they must have standby for alternate use.

The City Seasons Al Hamra seems to be located at the city centre. The City Seasons Al Hamra building, from the looks new and the junior suite room was well accommodating for my family of 4. I had chosen the king bed and junior suite. There are nearby super markets and other stores. The breakfast spread was good with a lot of variety for both vegetarian and non vegetarian. Food quality was also decent. The City Seasons Al Hamra staff was always greeting with a smile. Overall recommended for booking without second thoughts.

Very polite and helpful staff, made our stay very happy and pleasant. Arnab helped us with best options for vegetarian City Seasons Al Hamras. I got a free upgrade from junior suite room to a family room that was so nice of city seasons team i would certainly be back here when in abu dhabi, i will recommend this to anyone. Staff at front desk helped with getting transportation details. Food i did not try as i was outside during my bf, lunch and dinner thanks again

I booked it at last moment and my decision was best. The person on reception ibrahim was very helpful and polite. He offered us early check in. Along with the upgrade room with no extra cost. Room was big, clean and very comfortable. Valet parking was available that was also a plus. Hotel was at a prime location with lots of cafes and restaurants near by. Overall excellent experience.

Location is good because of taxi is frequently available in front of City Seasons Al Hamra and very less items are available in indian food and same provided food quality is average only. Dinning and vehicle parkings are good and room cleaning service is good. However, we have to ask drinking water every day due to limited bottles only provided and al others facilities are excellent.

I stayed here for a week in january and loved the ambience. So booked again to show off my family. Starting from the check in they gave me a beautiful room with great view. Variety of food. Taste, hygiene, the staffs in the dinning are world class. The place is very convenient. Full of hustle and bustle. A walk to the corniche or food or shopping. Everything in arms distance

Got excellent facilities and service. The City Seasons Al Hamra's location couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of the city, it was within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shops. Despite its central location, the City Seasons Al Hamra felt like a tranquil oasis, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The room initially allotted was terribly small and the noon+eve staff sounded monotonous n unconcerned. Also the smart key was not working even after multiple complaints. Post dinner around 11 pm, we met john, helpful n courteous. He made our trip n stay pleasant and gave us a better room, key issue sorted n we left as happy customers

The experience was excellent except that no towel ready in our room, had to call housekeeping for the towel, usuaaly in other City Seasons Al Hamras towels are always ready once you are in your room. Otherwise, we had a nice stay in your City Seasons Al Hamra definitely we will comeback again.

City seasons al hamara was really good City Seasons Al Hamra by point of view of easy checkin and easiest checkout and room was beautifully cleaned, all items like tea coffe and bathroom was perfect, but only issue was it was having smell of smoke or drug or cigrattes everywhere. Rest was good

It was good to stay in this City Seasons Al Hamra coz the staff are kind nice attitude specially the pilipino staff, location is perfect, clean, smell good not like other City Seasons Al Hamra i stay b4 smell indian and pakistan bad smell. Bravo well done philippines.

The property location is great, room is so spacious, but some basic facilities in the room were missing like no any extra three pin plug available for mobile or laptop charging. Break fast choice is quite limited and repetitive in every day.

The room is very clean, comfy and homey. It was easy to request other things we needed in the room, the staff are really hospitable and helpful. Thank you so much to rose who was very accommodating to us.

I stayed to be able to concentrate on an online interview and i’m able to get what i need. The place is neat and quiet. No disruption. I’m alone but i feel safe throughout my stay. Thank you

The stay was good and enjoyed. However there were slight delays in providing the request which was made on call. Staffs are well mannered. Front office, housekeeping and valet service was good.

I found it through makemytrip and their food was nice. I would like to say that the City Seasons Al Hamra is very nice and the staff was very accommodating to us.

Hotel located in the heart of abudhabi town, no swimming pool like things. Room service is taking too much delay. Nice front desk and staffs. Other all things are well.

I stayed in the City Seasons Al Hamra for one night with my family. The stay was amazing and they even helped me to check out the room little late due to my calls. The room was clean and quite big and enjoyed the room.
