I enjoyed my stay at the park rotana hotel. There so many things i liked especially the dinner. The only recommendation i would make is to add extra variety to the breakfast especially the juice is not fresh.

It was a short stay but we really liked the hotel. My kids enjoyed the swim pool and the lifeguard (mr. Selvaraj)there was really helpful and caring. I really felt my kids were safe with him around. The only think i didn’t like was the behavior of the valet parking person i don’t remember his name but his behavior really spoiled my mood and that too he was the first person i meet. Everyone else were really help and pleasant to meet but this person was rude and not helpful at all. Best regards

Amazing hotel with great hospitality. The staff here is very professional and friendly. Food is great. It’s near to the great mosque which is an added advantage. Overall an amazing experience

Park Rohtana stay was superb, staff was wonderful and I certainly wanted to appreciate Alaa (female) who was at the reception who made our so comfortable 👍👍

It was nice to stay at park rotana, staff behavior was excellent, rooms was nice and comfortable, breakfast was ok but need to add verity for vegetarians. Overall it was fabulous to stay

My kid slips from a stair at the lobby. She was bleeding for 20 mins continuously. Reason no first aid! Ridiculous management. I literally had to take her to the hospital without any first aid. The worst management I have ever faced throughout my world trips. Stay was average except the first aid I didn’t receive. But that was the important part for me. Never want to see another guest waiting for a first aid .

The room and hotel interiors are very good. The location is very near to the grand mosque.
