It was a very short stay i can’t really say something. Overall it was good. It was a celebration of new year with my family and love ones.

Hotel still under renovation. You will hear uncomfortable voices. But in general i feel good and relax.

No hot water two days in a row had to request for it to be turned on in reception the tv didn’t work either

Toilets were clogged, smell in the toilet. Parking not always available, specially if you arrive after 8:00 pm

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.

The stay was quite nice, they had free parking available but it's a tight fit parking, the rooms are nice but were not cleaned on a daily basis out of the 4 nights i spent there they cleaned it once. The only major concern was the bed they were rock solid and highly uncomfortable!

Food not comments. Location still remodeling is understandable the situation. Facilities: mattress damage and spring cam cause hurts at the guess.

It was a very bad experience with the parking i checked in 11pm and kept the car with open lites until 2am until the battery damage that cost me 600 aed to buy a new one and fix it at 3am

Location was good, bed is comfortable but hotel overall is terrible with the worst voice proof, i slept only 3 hours from the neighbors loudness as well as the cars despite i was at the 7th floor, i moved from 5th floor after 10 minutes only due to club loudness as well

Worst service and this hotel not like a 4 star hotel. Room have a bad smell and wash room are not cleanness
