During my 20 days stay at the grand excelsior Grand Excelsior Hotel - Near Mall of Emirates al barsha dubai, i experienced unparalleled luxury and hospitality. The spacious and elegantly appointed rooms provided a comfortable sanctuary, while the Grand Excelsior Hotel - Near Mall of Emirates's amenities, including a fitness center, ensured a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The room cleaning and staff services were also excellent, and i would like to extend a special thanks to mr. Hari prasad for doing a great job. With its impeccable service and prime location, my stay at the grand excelsior Grand Excelsior Hotel - Near Mall of Emirates al barsha dubai was truly unforgettable.

Overall, my stay at the Grand Excelsior Hotel - Near Mall of Emirates has been quite pleasant. The housekeeping service, supervised by nagendra singh, was impeccable. Room attendant chotu did an excellent job preparing the room before our arrival. However, there was a minor hiccup as we requested bathrobes at the front desk during our stay, but unfortunately, they were not provided, possibly due to a miscommunication or oversight. Despite this small issue, the overall experience was positive, and i appreciate the efforts of the housekeeping team and look forward to visit again in future.

We took delux rooms and room size was reasonably big. From washrooms you can realise it’s old building, but was well maintained. One Grand Excelsior Hotel - Near Mall of Emirates where the water pressure for shower was pretty good and delux rooms had a dedicated shower and bathtub. Hardly a km from lulu and mall of emirates meaning bit congested during peak hours. In general for the price we paid it’s good value for money. Only negative staffs at front desk wasn’t that cordial seemed overwhelmed with their work always and no wasn’t that pleasant with guests.

We enjoyed our stay in grand excelsior Grand Excelsior Hotel - Near Mall of Emirates. We did a bulk booking of 3 rooms and they arranged all the 3 rooms together. The rooms were clean, cosy and smelling good upon reaching. The rooms had a bathtub, shower and all the toiletries like lotion, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash, toothbrush and toothpaste. I am looking forward to booking them for future stays and also would recommend it to others.

We had just one night stay at the grand excelsioy, al barsha. The Grand Excelsior Hotel - Near Mall of Emirates is excellent, amenities are fantastic and the location is perfect for the stay as it has many indian food outlets around, the mall of emirates is at a walking distance and close to jumeirah beach. We would definitely recommend this Grand Excelsior Hotel - Near Mall of Emirates for longer stay to enjoy the tourist places around.

I was nit satisfied with the costumer service as at the time of checkin i asked them to accept my documents from uae pass for checkin but they were keep insisting me to provide emirates id. My visa was renewed and emirates id was yet to come. I explained them but they dont want to understand. Even police can accept uae pass because its an official application and documents are all verified. I request you dont do this next time.

The location of the Grand Excelsior Hotel - Near Mall of Emirates is good to be very close to the mall of the emirates, despite the fact that the area is little not good in appearance. The Grand Excelsior Hotel - Near Mall of Emirates rooms are fitting enough and very clean, the receptions are fully helpful at any time. The most i love about the Grand Excelsior Hotel - Near Mall of Emirates is the quite, good light atompshper.

I had a fantastic stay at this Grand Excelsior Hotel - Near Mall of Emirates! the housekeeping was exceptional, keeping my room spotless throughout my visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool, reliable wifi, and a well-equipped gym. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience!

Location is close to all necessities like metro, mall of the emirates, eateries. Value for money. Hotel is like palace. Overdisign and over decorated. Too much golden shades everywhere. However rooms are spacious. Front desk is cooperative. Housekeeping and cleaning is good. One won't feel excitement. At the same time no specific reason for disappointment. One can certainly try.

The Grand Excelsior Hotel - Near Mall of Emirates was very gracious to upgrade my room and hold to my reservation even though i arrived late. I did not partake in any other facilities other than the room facilities. The room was very spacious, clean and very comfortable the location is ideal as it is close to the mall of the emirates and has connectivity to the metro.

I enjoyed my stay here. I was your for eight days. Rooms are great. Staff is very friendly. They have a club and a bar with live music inside the Grand Excelsior Hotel - Near Mall of Emirates that you should definitely check out. I’m just a little unhappy with the breakfast they serve. It was pretty much the same all 8 days.

Good place to stay, front office are always there and helpful. Room boys and bellmen and all of the staff are always there with a smile on their faces.

It was a wonderful full stay with this property..first they provide a room with little messy when I inform to the reception they apologize and change my room to SUITE ..great service from the MNGR I think
