Food was very good, lots of variety in food, amenities such as pool, spa, steam & sauna were excellent had a great time at grand hayyat dubai. Hospitality by the staff was very warm. Enjoyed all tye services provided by the hotel. Kids area roll poli was also very good kids had a great time there.

Grand hayat was excellent. Big room. nice facilities especially the indoor swimming pool& the jacuzzi. we had an issue in the AC and the room service was super quick to action. they gave us another room with perfect AC. The breakfast is perfect 😋

Dear Grand Hyatt Dubai Management, I recently stayed at your hotel for five nights, spending more over ₹ 60,000, and I wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, I found several aspects of my stay to be below expectations. The room cleanliness was not up to standard, with unchanged bedsheets, unclean bathrooms, and a greasy phone upon arrival. Despite my requests for top priority hygiene, these issues persisted. Additionally, the in-room dining service, particularly from the Wok and Indian restaurants, was unsatisfactory. I was also disappointed with the financial handling during my stay. The reluctance to accept a 1,000 AED advance deposit and the insistence on a 100 AED deposit with no minibar services felt unaccommodating. However, I would like to commend the staff in the dining room during breakfast, especially Mr. Robin, Mr. Arun, and Mr. Sainul, as well as Miss Cidel from the Panini restaurant. Their hard work and welcoming attitude made a positive difference in my stay. I hope this feedback helps improve the services for future guests. Best regards, Mrs. Shirley Dsouza
