We stayed at hilt-on for 2 nights with our infant and it was absolutely amazing. The pool and the beach are very kid-friendly. The breakfast spread is fantastic and they staff took care of our dietary needs as we asked for jain food. They also helped us with late check out as our flight was delayed. Would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel had a beautiful view with private beach. The front desk was very cooperative and responsive. The swimming pool is large. The hotel has many restaurants to meet your taste buds. It was a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Amazing experience, the best location at the palm at the lovely west beach. The view was also beautiful. They gave the room a little late that’s the only feedback. And the beach cafe zing was serving drinks but no food for the week we were there

They charged at the hotel. Make sure to ask. Questions about charges because after you check out they dont pick up call or anything

They gave us room 3 hours late and then the service of food and housekeeping was not at time. They wasn't interested in talking to us as they were busy with there own talks

The propert is awesome. The swimming pool is large and the beach is just behind the property. The breakfast is awesome but the dinner is ok

The property is very well maintained with its own private beach.the hotel has done everything to provide all sort of comfort for thé customers so that customers can relax and enjoy their stay.staff is very polite .One should definitely stay here to explore palm

Had a great stay at hilt-on palm jumeirah. The service was excellent and most of our special requests were met. The location is beautiful. Overall great experience.

Lovely stay, with great f&b. Sadly the music was so loud at one of the restaurents, that you couldn’t have a conversation. It really put a shadow on the whole stay, as everything was rather pricey, and then you couldn’t even enjoy your dinner. We did log a complain with the staff, and they were wonderful, but still the noise level of the band was not very nice
