It was good, but the way how the reception keep calling for the check-out it was too annoying even we spoke to the duty incharge that we will check-out little bit late and he agreed and still the reception keep calling not twice but thrice. I hope that there is a proper communication.

Great hotel, helpful staff good food hotel is in an area which is easily accessible to metro and market plac. Overall a good hotel for stay in a budget.

Staff is very friendly & nice
the room is very bad, bad smell, sewerage smell is very strong in the bathroom it made me wanna vomit, too much yellow stains on the towels, bed sheet smells bad & too much hair on it
i regret coming here. If i can refund my money i would refund the money and leave immediately

For those who love to stay in a crowded, happening and local markets area its a good choice. Not much happy with the cleanliness of the room including linen.

This has been my 3rd consecutive year and this year it has been pathetic. Very bad service and had torn towels. No toiletries were refilled. There was a power shutdown and we were asked to change rooms in the middle of a night. The housekeeping never picked up the phone, even if you inform the reception, you need to call them multiple times for some simple request. Would never plan for a stay here next time. It’s a big no to anyone who is planning to stay here

I highly recommend ho-ward jhonson plaza by wyndham obecause of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff.

Room was dirty no towel for shower chair was broken. I just stay maybe 10 minutes in room and i make check out in 10 minutes

The stay was average, house keeping and service was terrible, out of 4 nights one day even the room was not cleaned. Every day have to ask for bath towels and bathroom mats. Even after requesting the response is terrible and we have to wait for 30min. Other facilities like location is good, but service needs to be improved.

It used to be nice and cozy from it's old management (flora. Now it seems that qualities have downgraded in most aspects. One customer lift not working. And also i just don't like the idea that the old gym was converted into bar/pub. Im not sure if i will book again next time. The only advantage is close to metro station
