Great location, wonderful rooms, good breakfast. The hotel is located right on the highway making it easily accessible via cab. It offers a splendid view of the waterfront. It is location right above the galleria mall having a big super market to but regular grocery items. The apartment (room) was huge and has a fully equipped kitchen. We travel-led with an infant and it made easy for us to cook for her

I was stayed for 9 days it was wonderful stay with a very silent and peaceful life. The buffet breakfast was very good with daily change in menu with a large variety of dishes. Apartment are very neat and clean with very good room service i enjoyed a lot with my family

I recently stayed at this hotel apartment and was impressed by the spacious and clean rooms. The location is highly convenient, with the airport just a short drive away and the galleria mall right next door, making shopping and dining very accessible. However, there is ongoing construction near the hotel, which can make it a bit time-consuming to reach downtown. Fortunately, this is expected to be resolved in 6 months to a year. Overall, a great stay for those looking for comfort and convenience!

My stay here was average to bad. Room was spacious but have run down feeling with cracks on floor. When i checked in fridge had smell of leftovers and washbasins did not seem cleaned up. Floor had some sticky liquid. When i raised the issue it was cleaned again. Experience with housekeeping leaves lot to desire. Reception staff was worse. They gave me wrong info about their own bus shuttle! for future travellers please be sure of location before booking - found this to be too far from main attractions. Will check out some other property on next trip!

I have mixed review, but. Almost its not a good experience in this hotel due to many reasons! here are lots of complaints from my side. 1. We planned to book as family of 2 adults & 1 kid of age 12 for 7 nights stay, the child age range till 17. And gone with premium studio by watching all the photos available. And decided as even if the bed is small, can have the sofa (l shaped available in the photos) for me to sleep. For this, i called many times with the hotel directly to enquirer about it. Since its picked by different person at different time, i have got different replies about the bed size & the sofa. Finally convinced as, if i feel as bed is not comfort for 3, can go with extra bed only if the sofa is not fit. 2. For almost 1 week, i keep following with hyatt, to upgrade my guest and allow me to book two bedroom flat, with paying rs. 28, 000 extra, and the facility was there in the web itself. But i want to confirm it with hyatt if its available and dont want to pay, even the 7 nights of bed cost is lesser, was fine to have it upgraded. But, no proper reply for this, which could have been easily sorted. Reason, at one stage, i may go with higher priced in the last moment if it required. As expected, it happened! in different way. On 19th, the first day of our stay, when we reached the hotel, and shocked about the room they gave. the room size is small, and they thought as that will let me to upgrade it with higher cost at that time. They too argued lot (a female receiptionist) as its the primary studio which i booked. Since we had some tours planned, left the baggage in the room and went for the tours, returned back, and explained the issues very clearly with all the conversations, with the photos available gallery for the premium studio. Then, the new guy, understood the issue and shown other room of same category. Trust me. Its too different and good, exactly as in the photos. We really didnt understand why this and they keep saying, they both are same room size. Definetly not! and only thing is the smaller one is next to lift and also highter floor. Who cares if the room is small and not fit. Obviously, there is no space at all to add extra bed if required. Later, the new one they shown is in 4th floor and good space, surely 2 times bigger than the one thy gave, and additionally, the sofa is perfect for 1 person to sleep and i had a pleasant sleep in that bed. When like this, how can they keep this to hide from us and show something small? is that because we pressured for a week of room upgrade? and is that because, they thought as we will upgrade once we checked the room is small and not convenient for 3 and even not for extra bed?. I have lost my trust on these guys. Very simple things. Finding bigger time to sort out. Too old policies and poor too. 3. Breakfast! oh my god! even 2 star hotels serve good breakfast on these days. Only thing is breakfast is in revolver restaurant at rooftop which will revolve 360 degree only for dinner. And the menu. Same daily except only one item change, which is either upma, or idly or pongal in rotation. And these guys dont even know how to make pongal and idly. Even the english breakfast and also the arabian items are worst. By sure, not a good option from a 5 star category hotel. We had pleasant stay and extraordinary breakfast in some 4 star hotels before, like millineum, hilt-on double tree phukhet which is 4 star. If one wants to book this hotel with breakfast in mind, i say. Nope! you can seriously find best options that this. We have adjusted with whatever they have there. Horrible experience. 4. Only one thing we satisfied is, good atmosphere and very silent and neat. And the other satisfied thing is, the room which they gave us with the same what we booked for and after plenty of useless arguments!
