Budget stay as a family

The property is very near to union metro station. Room is neat and clean without unnecessary noise. There are no cloth hangers. Balcony was with lot of dust. It would have been better if the balcony is also cleaned everyday. Water in the washroom floor is not getting drained fully and it is clogged near the toilet. Overall it is ok for a budget stay. Did not opt for breakfast as good restaurants are available nearby. It is better to confirm the booking with the hotel once, so that the hotel does not deny check-in in the last minute

all the staff members from receptionist to bell boy were very helpful and friendly. everything was neat,clean & perfect.

Room was good, however i found some cockroaches. Also, washroom was neat and clean but i complaint about water leakage above toilet seat. But it was not rectified.

Everything was excellent until the check out time. I found this indian gentleman on reception and a security guard who did not treat me and my wife well. Security guard was sent to check if the room before we left, security guard came back and he said stained the bed sheets, it was proven later on that it was not true and they both apologized. They were asking for a fine of 50aed which got me very furious, there was little bit of shouting exchanging words etc, overall they apologized and i choose not to focus on the bad. I had a good experience until checkout

Hotel was at good location but rooms were quite compact, it was not value for money. Rooms were clean but there were bugs in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok

Parking was just the opposite. That was really easy. The receptionist was very nice. Room was small but there was big balcony. Over all experience was good.

Very good budget friendly hote

The location of the hotel is very near to the metro station and accessible to food and grocery stores. We stayed in the hotel for 7 days and the stay was very good and the staff was very friendly. Food is also good at this restaurant. The best part is they have upgraded our room to an executive room free of cost.

It was neat and budget friendly hotel, had everything inside it. Had an issue with the ac, but soon the issue was resolved. They provide with wide amenities. Overall good place to stay
They have restaurant at the ground floor which is good they have parking facilities opposite to the hotel they have metro and bus station, which is 2mins walk and several restaurants, mall, laundry, groceries, atms, which all nearby, just walkable distance 2 to 10mins walk. I didn't take any photos

The location was pretty easy accessible and facilities were quite good. I found some bed bugs in the room which was quite disgusting, other than that it was the stay was ok

I checked in deluxe room was not cleaned properly and door was not locked, after that called reception to complained about all this but no action taken, after i went to reception to requested change my room, receptionist told me that you have to pay additional 50- aed then only move to new room. After the conversation i paid 50 aed then i wen to new room also saw the same poor cleanse, so many hair on the washroom floor, no hangers tv remote was not working all etc,
