no wifi, no security mean no locks on doors, night staff was terrible, the don’t provide me door key card they said they don’t have. no towels in washrooms, no glass or cup in room, so many cockroaches 🪳 on bed and walls on floor very terrible. 😞. we didn’t sleep whole night

The service was not good at all, the room was very dirty, the washroom was very dirty, the photos that showed us were not there at all, so i was absolutely ready to take it.

Firstly the location is too bad hard to find then i register on front desk and i entered into room there was blood on bed sheets and bathroom was dirty no glasses to drink water even no water for guests inside room at all. Ac was not working properly i had to call reception 4-5 time. It was such a bad experience and whatever room was shown in the pictures it was not same at all. I will never recommend it and i will never even imagine myself in this hotel.

It was a terrible experience, i can’t imagine this kind of hotel in dubai. Hotel is quite old, not maintained at all. It felt like normal apartment would be maintained better than this hotel. Bathroom fittings and furniture were in damaged condition. However staff was gentle and quick in service but without proper building facilities, having good staff doesn’t matter.

All your facilities are old. Cold water for shower not even warm. Dusty carpets and room. It was terrible old facilities dusty room and carpets. Cold water for shower. I won't come to mariana again

No drinking water available in the room. Dirty bedsheets, smelly room, also they charge extra 27 aed instead of 7 aed and later once i have noticed that on the website is only mentioned 7 aed they denied to return the money
