The hotel is clean and location is great! however the room we got was accessibility room with low sink and no partition to the bathroom which was annoying. I didn't like when we requested for a normal room they said this is the category you booked and we can't help maybe better to mention your deluxe rooms are all accessibility rooms

Good hotel worst breakfast!

I stayed hear for 13 nights. Rooms are clean and good. But worst part is breakfast. Daily we will get same breakfast left over is heated for next day and given. Absolutely no change in breakfast let whatsoever happen. Otherwise location, ambiance and service is good. Don't opt for breakfast.

Didn't have much good options for veg food. Too long corridors to walk, difficult for elderly. Odd check in time. We reached about an hour early and requested for our booked room but they made us wait for 2hrs to get to the room

Very good hotel with all facilities and nice area with indian hotels and metro station at walking distance. Breakfast had many options including indian breakfast also.

Very modern and comfortable rooms

The interiors of the room is modern with a great reception lounge. Room amenities are apt and room size is good. Location from metro is around 700m which takes around 10min walk. Breakfast is recommended since not many indian or veg options nearby (unless you plan to go to mall of emirates. Staff and front desk is very courteous and responsive.

Location and cleanliness is good. Service is pathetic. 80% of the time front desk and room service does not answer the phone. Also the food spread needs to change and increase. We had same food for 6 days straight.

I stayed for 5 days, the room was spacious, and within walkable distance of the mall of the emirates cafes and restaurants were close by approximately 35 minutes far from the terminal 3 airports had all the amenities of 4 star hotel
