Its not like hotel this is a room from a apartment and he can call this is room. If you enter in room room is end and washroom are to much shorter than your expectations

Worst hotel i ever visited

This was one of the worst hotels i’ve ever stayed in. The service was poor, and cleanliness was seriously lacking. The receptionist, was rude and didn’t even know how to speak politely to guests. When i asked to borrow a charger for just 5 minutes, he bluntly told me to bring my own. The hotel’s lack of cleanliness, combined with unfriendly service, makes it a place i would not recommend to anyone.

Maria, when we reach no ac and the washroom is too small. The room is too small. Overall we ask for water they bring after one hour is terrible experience

When i reached to the hotel the reception boy using abusing language that you don’t bring any female with you and how you spend your night alone without female and second when i went in the room ac is not working and when i call to reception for ac than he told me that ac breaker has been break and that why ac is not working also there is no any fan i don’t sleep full i was just sit on chair whole night i was really bad experience i am totally disappointed please refund my amount.

I found the nice hotel from makemytrip and it was an amazing hotel room and excellent service and the staff were very nice and friendly i differently recommend

There are black bergs (khetmal ) in the hotel they don't clean hotel room every day they don't give towel and water also every day

It was a bad experience to staying in mount sina hotel, every hotel provide minimum water and coffee with booking but we have to pay for even water. The room condition was very bad. The ac was to old and there was no cooling. The house keeping was very bad, the floor was dirty. The wifi was even not connection. The house keeping was very bad. The floor was dirty. Room is good and break fast is average. Cleaning and support staff are good. Location of the hotel is below 500 meters from the banyas square metro station and less than 100 meters from local small bus station called al sabkha. Other advantages of the location is for buying mobile phone and other any items for economical price.

Staff is not coperative. I asked them to clean my room two times but they didn’t send any staff to clean my room. And their wifi is not working on 2nd floor. Terrible experience in this hotel.
