The reception staff are amazing. The location of the hotel is good. The hotel has its own restaurant at very reasonable prices and room service is available. Supermarkets, restaurants, atms at less than 5 minutes walking distance. Being on an inner road there's no traffic noise. Overall a nice experience at reasonable prices.

Very bad how they charge this much amount, is it a lodge not hotel very bad service in room no tv towels if we call no answer reception its not a safe place

Hotel manager to denied to give the room. I have done too many complaints to mm t but through x twitter but respond received negative. It's really very very bad. I am waiting for my refund. Responding

Stay was very bad. We booked for king bed room. But we got twin bed room. Bathroom was very bad. No proper iteneries. And they told us to pay 10aed extra at hotel as tourisum feee. We booked using makemy trip but they are saying through agoda

There have no towels even so no need more explanations about amenities. And also i request to send the towel they did not bring.

I went to the reception i showed my booking. She instantly said ac is not working. I said ok give me some other rooms she said ac is not working in any of the room. I said in that case you should have informed me through an email. She said sorry ac is not working" and then i asked for refund she said yu can check with the same from where you have booked. I din receive any confirmation as well about my payment refund. I tried calling one of the customer agent and confirmed someone will call you in 20 minutes but i have t received any feedback from the hotel or from make my trip. I wanted to kw when can i receive my refund back to my account

I reached hotel on 22 night & the receptionist said that my booking is cancel-led as they do not have rooms to tale booking from make my trip.
Hi, i booked and when i enter the hotel the staff was very serious and acting like that we are attending any funeral, when we showed our details even though they made us to sit one hour, and after one hour he is asking from which site u did booking, when we check in we requested there are no towels and we are keeping requesting to arrange towels and kettle the staff evening staff told it's out of stock no towels and no kettle without towels how can we take shower, no kettle and only one switch for whoe room and no battery in remote it's terrible i request please take an action
