My trip to dubai was awesome. The staff of nine hotel, dubai are very soft spoken and cooperative. Enjoy every moment there. Specially food. Morning breakfast was awesome. A variety of food items were there and behaviour of staff was also very good.

The location and food was very good whereas the room was very small. Hotel staff are supportive and well behaved.

This property is not suitable for family stay. The rooms does not have proper ventilation and it always gives you negative vibes. You will even face the music noise in the midnight from the hotel clubs. The area also doesn't consists of proper indian food especially if you are vegetarian, it is very tough to be in that area. The ambience of the room is good

Room very old, only arabic channels on the tv, washroom completely old and dilapidated. Water was on the floor carpet causing a pungent and toxic smell. Wait time to check-in too lengthy. Walls very dirty. It didn't worth the amount paid and 3 star hotel.

Property is not good for a family stay. A lot of insects are inside the room and at night it's too noisy because of the pub, unable to sleep at night.

It’s nightmare, they gave us room with full of bar music noise while night we were unable to sleep, we tried many times to call at reception but they were simply dropping the call, which was more irritating, after that we found to much itching in our body, we switch on the lights and found alive cockroaches in our bed, we call at reception still no one answered, i went to reception and show him the video of cockroach and my body which become red because of itching, manager simply offers me room move, no apologies no sorry, they gave us another room and i found same time bed bugs again in same room, which was terrible, i call at reception and finally someone answered and mention manager left already, after few mints manager called and he change our room to another room, where tv was not working, pomec team took 30 mints to fix the issue, simply whole night we didn’t sleep and at the end around 8:00 we called at reception and request for foc late check-out until 15:00 which they refused and mention we can accommodate until 14:00 we said fine, but again we received a call around 11:50 from reception to check out we inform her time till of check-out which we already get offers from reception but she refused and mention it will be chargeable, which was just terrible experience. Zero customer service even they didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, how you can sell rooms with cockroaches and bed buds and at the end no apologies, we didn’t asked for any compensation but at-least we deserve 1 simple sorry. We checkout at 12:30 and upon check-out no sorry no apologies no smile, no one asked anything, she simply mention by which we feel they are just kicking us out from hotel. We paid for the terrible night which is worthless.

Pathetic….there was no breakfast provided. Timings were 7:30 to 10:30 but the breakfast got finished at even 9:00 and the hotel management didn’t respond.

First of all we had to wait for 3 hours after the check in time for the room. They gave us out of order room, there was no telephone, no refrigerator, even the toilet seat and sink was broken, lamp was also not working, although room was good but without amenities. Whenever we asked something from housekeeping we had to wait for more than one hour. They have dance bar where they dragged my husband inside forcefully in front of me. Terrible place for couples. I don’t need to say anything further how was my experience overall.

2 hours waiting for confirmation room. I booked standard deluxe but room is so small & congested. Room services is zero. I don’t want to prefer this hotel to others.
