All staffs are polite and gave a good support, we spend time out side reached hotel at late night so we thought we wont get our dinner at that time but surprisingly they provide us food at 1am in the morning other hotels wont provide food after 9. 30pm, for staff support i will give 5 star rating. Hotel is very neat and clean. Bathrooms need more militance. Hotel locations very good near al rigga metro station with lots of shops, in few mins walk we can reach night market.

On the first day, they greeted me well and took welcomed us to the hotel, later we where offered good room service where they where there anytime we call
we had booked only for breakfast, which was good but felt like night time party songs where to loud and disturbing for the family members.

One of the nice and best hotel in affordable price, good service and hospitality, near to metro and you will get paid parking if you are renting car
Everything is good but in which room i stay there have to much noise of music so it’s disturb me full night

It was a 5night stay here, radhika at reception allotted us a nice and a cleaned room. All staff here always smiles and greets properly. Air conditioning was super and daily housekeeping services too. I definitely would prefer to stay here and suggest other to book here if you are looking for budget friendly hotel in dubai. Only issue was the bar music which was continue till late in the night, may lead for an inconvenience to others who has sensitive ears. Rest all services are extraordinary.

I really like the room interior & the color theme of it, the royal classical look give the room and the space more premium. And also i like the service team i been in orchid for my last 5days stay

Terrible. No need alarm to wake up, they will make u wake up by drilling or screwing on wall. Utter terrible break fast. No kids friendly ( no swimming pool) what ever u requested first reply will be “not available “. Later u will get if u are lucky, for example- parking, connection room etc. I don’t suggest for any others.

Worst hotel at this price. There was no bath tub in room. Parking charges were extra. Food was worst. Smell in bed room is stingy. Staffs were okay. Location was okay.

Good example of bad hotel in dubai

The hotel is poorly managed. First thing they charged for parking 20 aed for 24 hours. This charge is illegal. Room was worst. No shampoo, no dental kit, no body lotion, they mentioned room with bath tub, no bath tub was there. It was not worth spending high amount. Their restaurant is worst. I paid for breakfast and they provided only two items. Staffs were okay.

Overall it was fine but charging for parking and parking space was really bad. Moreover i've to call reception many times
