The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel itself is far from a 4 star property. Breakfast buffet is very average. The staff is cold

The hotel has a good location with nice views of the burj khalifa but service across the hotel from front desk to restaurant to house keeping is very poor. Pols note hotel provides water in ration so if you need additional water be prepared to buy or else they make a big deal about giving extra water in the room. Personally i do not recommend this hotel unless you have no other option

Hotel location is good. The service is beyond poor. They don’t give basics like water in room and then when you complain they after multiple follow ups send one bottle of water. Pathetic service

Very good burj khalifa view. Not good in hospitality. No proper valley parking available and staff are not good. Even 1 gust is not allowed to visit.

Thier chef does not know how to cook
ordered pad thai - it dint had sweetness now peanuts, rather had peas in it, no 1 is supposed to add peas to pad thai
then i ordered shakshuka - it was a just scrambled eggs, n so tasteless that i doubted that i had covid

The food was amazing and delicious my room was spacious and clean. They also upgraded my room which was big and had a separate sitting area. I had a great time staying here thank you for your hospitality.

In room many items not they put no cleaning service i book for two night but no one came in this time or room carpet also dusty. In break fast also very less items mostly veg but put some non veg. All dustbin are full but no cleaning.

*exceptional service and wonderful stay* i recently stayed at hotel park bay in dubai and had an incredible experience. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean, comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. However, what truly made the stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by the staff. A special mention goes to sabrin, the bell boy, whose warm and friendly demeanor left a lasting impression. He was always quick to assist with luggage and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests’ needs were exceptional. The rest of the staff were also courteous and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The level of hospitality at hotel park bay is remarkable, and i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting dubai. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay unforgettable!
