No toothbrush and paste

The overall experience is good but they can't provide a toothbrush and paste & breakfast was normal.

Stay was bad. There were cockroaches inside. Bathroom was not clean. Room had a very bad smell

Staff are okay, room size is good but they need to improve the facilities, food service and menu. Also, they need to provide a free parking coz it’s really hard to find a parking in the area.

Staffs were professional, location was easy accessible, outside food and drinks were allowed. They need to improve on their bedding ie they're old and stained. Tv channels are fully arabic channels except for al jezerah english. No directives to call hotel departments on the landline. Overall, the hotel worth the money value.
Experience was too good at raha hotel because it located near to highway and near reef mall. Apart from that they allowed us outside food and drinks

This is the first time i visited to dubai and address to this hotel. And the very first thing reception staff was not friendly at all. And asking for 10 dirhams ( compulsory amount tip ). Which makes me angry. No. Thank you

T hay gave me the room which was not room actually partition there was a door which connecting my room to other and there was big space in the door which i can see other room and thay can see me which is no privacy

Very close to dxb airport located in diera. Metro station is 900m away. Hotel cleanliness is good, room is also lux for the price offered. Do not have breakfast.

The beds were infested with bed bugs. Bed bugs didn't allow to sleep all night. I still have bedbug bite scars on my body
