Lot of issues with this hotel. Smoking smell everywhere and they collect deposit. Basic amenities not provided. Water is either extremely hot or cold and never addressed even after multiple complaints

This hotel is located in a good busy location but almost 1 km from metro station. Its close to marina and other tourist place. The amenities are average but affordable. Good value for money, hotel is clean but not very well organised. Hospitality can be better.

They took a deposit from me of aed 200 which was not mentioned in the itinerary but got the back the time of checkout

I was in the lobby and i had 2 visitors. A security lady came and asked me why you are here. Later on while heading to room, other security is asking for id and my visitors details very rudely and he told they are not allowed to enter. I checked out on the spot with staying. Will never visit or recommend. Discrimination and judging by attire

The hotel was nice clean and very close to metro i was just surprised because they asked me to give deposit which i have never seen in other hotels

It sounds frustrating that the hotel's deposit policy caused such inconvenience during my stay, especially it wasn't necessary for my needs. Such issues affected my overall experience. If you're looking for other accommodations in the future, it might be wise to avoid this hotel in case you don’t have deposit they won’t let you check in. I have no plans of returning back
