Rooms were not clean. We waited an hour to get check in at 3 pm as room was not available. Toilets were not clean, no refrigerator in the room. No towels. It was horrible

Worst hotel ever

Firstly they didn’t give us the check in for 2 hours saying that they were sold out even after we gave them a booking confirmation from mm t. Finally after long wait of 2 hours they gave us the check in at the worst room in my entire life where ceiling and wall paint was pealing off and furniture conditions at the worst.

Never ever stay in signature inn deira hotel

Stay was very uncomfortable. Toilet seat cover was broken. The room was not cleaned well. Wifi not working i had to open and hold my main door to get wifi from coorridoor. Requested for ice cubes to an associate and he asked 10 aed to bring from out side. I went myself out and bought for 1. 50 aed.

A/c controller not we are freezing inside, we inform them they don’t mind care our issue, i am sure they know that controller issue before!

Ac of 4 beds doesn't work and roaches in bathroom plus guy on reception which we checkin was not friendly have so much attitude

Worst experience never book an room here do-sent even change the bedsheets the room was dirty and there was white gooey stuff on the bed and the ac was broken the pool was closed

Not suitable for families as it holds club, spa and small parking space, especially old rooms with broken furniture, old curtains and not neat as suits to a place like dubai.

I was pretty surprised how affordable our 7 nights stay! location is a 3 minute walk to the nearest metro. The room is decent, hotel staff are friendly. It’s near groceries stores and a mall. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Taxis readily available night or day. The staff were nice and attentive. Hotel is quiet and clean. Room is neat and clean. Bed is very comfortable. I had a nice relaxation and i enjoyed my stay there.
