I don’t complain about anything but my problem was the room they should advertise the same room they have. The room was very terrible, very old bed sheets with a smell
the painting on the wall looks very weird and uncomfortable for the guest to enjoy the room the washroom is a mess ceiling tiles falling from the roof the carpet on the floor is so ripped and duty stained my socks. The internet very weak and buffering going on and off. The analog fake screen in the room too annoying the furniture is too old and chipped the wardrobe have fungus with a smile the ac grill very dirty so horrible the washbasin mixture without the top cover shocked me the skirting tiles falling from the wall. This the worst hotel room i have seen since my childhood. And i don’t recommend anyone to choose this place, it’s a nightmare.

Near to metro, polite staff, near by indian restaurants, and shopping mall, only 4 metro stops to international airport

The stay over all was horrible, staff are nice ppl, but the hotel itself is expired !. Swimming pool is on maintenance and closed, the room without kettle, tv, and you’re lucky of u will find towels, horrible loud sound until 5 am as there’s 4 bars there full of everything you can imagine. , Not recommend at all

rooms are too small, funiture are old, no proper room service, tv/entertainment is zero, serious noise penetrating from night club at the ground floor and no proper sleep.. it was indeed horrible, mention swimming pool but pool never works, no parking, infact over all experience was very bad

The location is fine but the swimming pool it was under maintenance that why I did not swim and bed 🛏 it's not good for me because they don't have big bed for the couple

The stay was terrible..they put me in the room next to bar or night club starting 9pm loud music was on and was stop 4am ..in not able to sleep and take a rest..and all my request are not given attention

Rooms are old with dirty carpet, steel plates for fitting of carpet is not safe barefoot inside and outside Rooms, hotel denied giving free water of 500 ml × 2 pc every day and said we give it only on 1st day of booking although daily charge was same for the room

During 2019, i have stayed more than a week and had good maintenance in the hotel. Due to that i have booked again the same but it was terrible this time. No proper maintenance and all the rooms were smelly. Worst bathroom ever. Even the public bathroom will be better than this.
