The room was good, but the amenities weren't, the tv was not a smart tv couldn't connect or watch anything on it, there were no bathrobes as mentioned in the amenities and in our stay i had mentioned 2 people still all the things in the room were of 1 people, we expected something great as it was in mm t luxe and a 5 star hotel also the amount that we paid for and the things we got was very different

Amazing stay! i stayed here for 5 nights. Very cooperative staff! the only thing that needs improvement is their housekeeping service, it really takes them 3 hrs to get fresh glasses despite repeated calls! rest awesome stay with swissotel al ghurair!

Good stay for a 5 star hotel. We had breakfast and it was good. Hopefully they will consider late checkout for those customer who check in late.

I stayed for two nights this time , I’m always up to steam bath it was under maintenance, the next day I called the receptionist and ask if issue has been solve( He contacted the maintenance manager and fix it ) I would like to suggest to management to provide better hair dryer ionic your dryer damage our hair 😌

Service staff looks serious everytime. I booked room for two people but they provide amenities for only one. Buffet is-not also enough according to the price. I expect many thing from this five star hotel.

Location is very good. All staff were very cooperative and friendly. They have very nice swimming pool and nice restaurant.

The room was very spacious and in very good condition. Bathrooms has bath tub and in very hygienic condition. Breakfast buffet was good but had very limited options for indian visitor. The staff was very contiguous and helpful.

Located in the middle of deira, the rooms and bathrooms were spacious elegantly built and excellent services were provided. The food though limited in catagories was great especially the croissants and omelette station was worth. The spa was great. Only drawback would be its distance from specific attractions like jumairah area and miracle garden

Location - very much accessible and near to metro around 3-5 minutes. The hotel is situated just on top of al ghurair mall and you can enjoy shopping inside and outside. Breakfast - its good with varieties and lots of choices to choose from. Room - it is big and clean. Beddings, matress, towels small fresh and clean. Its also complete with toiletries. Room service is excellent. Value for money - we paid less and we are very satisfied with everything. Staff were all polite. Overall i can say we definitely enjoy our stay and were hoping to comeback sooner
