They gave us early check in and late checkout also. The staff was very cooperative and also they gave us great service from cleaning the rooms on times, amenities and also the restaurant service was nice. Early morning breakfast buffet was awesome, it was spread buffet many options in vegetarian also.

If you are in dubai with kids or otherwise this is the place to be. Stay to food to services all are superbly thought through and they care of their guests and their needs.

I have always preferred taj in various locations and this too kept its brand promise. The location and proximity to malls and restaurants is great being in downtown. The breakfast buffet spread was amazing with good options for both veg and non veg audience plus indian dishes too. The rooms were very spacious with all the necessary amenities. The staff were also very courteous and helpful. Thank you team for a wonderful stay experience.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my group received during our recent stay at qafaz hotel and resort tufandag, gabala. We arrived early in the morning and were informed by the morning staff that our early check-in request would be accommodated. And will be providing you all three rooms at 11:30 am. However, when the shift changed, the new staff member named aygun on duty was unhelpful and behaved in a rude manner, insisting that check-in was strictly at 2:00 pm. Our group consists of three families with infants and children, and the lack of assistance made our experience extremely difficult and uncomfortable. The hospitality we encountered was quite embarrassing and far from the standard we expected. Her behavior was unprofessional and made our experience even more difficult. We felt that we were not treated with the respect we deserved, and i hope that this treatment was not influenced by our nationality. Due to this negative experience, we will be sharing our review on social media to advise others against visiting your property. I kindly request that you look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure better service for future guests.

stay was amazing i loved the room they upgrade it to burj view staff was excellent and speedy and respectful all time service was 200 % and best part buffet is really best food of my life । for late night dinner dining food is tasty and quantity is good

One of the best hotels in dubai. Obviously, as it’s a taj. Best location, right in the centre of all the action. Outstanding dining service. Courteous staff. Overall, it’s just perfect.

The property is a blend of luxury and comfort. Located in downtown, it offers great view of the burj khalifa and easy accessibility to the main attractions. The complimentary shuttle service to the dubai mall is an added advantage. Plenty of restaurant options to choose from. Definitely recommend the stay

Our stay at the taj dubai was nothing short of amazing. The staff at the restaurant, particularly mr. Abishek and mr. Abdullah, went above and beyond to ensure we had a delightful experience. Even though we were late for breakfast, they made sure we were well taken care of. The view from our room was breathtaking, especially the sight of the burj khalifa at night. A special thanks to miss marry from housekeeping for her exceptional service. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend the taj dubai. Looking forward to staying here again.
