Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai

The Sheraton Grand at Sheikh Zayed Road is one of the busiest Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubais I have seen in Dubai. I decided to book their one bedroom apartment which turned out to be absolutely amazing. It had a beautiful kitchenette with all the amenities except cooking oil and groceries which you have to bring on your own. There are some apartments in which they provide oil and groceries as well. The Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai front lobby and concierge team is always smiling and happy to help even in the middle of the night. The swimming pool is an amazing rooftop pool with fantastic views and a great bar. The breakfast buffet is great and tastes good but I think that the menu is restricted and may require some additions. The food however tastes absolutely great. The Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai is always lively and full of activities. Overall a fantastic stay. Definitely going to recommend and stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality, Sheraton.

I traveled to Dubai with my 2 friends for 3 nights and booked Sheraton Grand for the stay. Honestly, I booked initially because I thought it's value for money and also because it had a kitchenette. In reality, just everything about the Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai apartment was exceptional! The ambiance to the additional powder washroom to the living room to the kitchenette, everything was superb! Not to forget the complimentary buffet breakfast. The spread was quite elaborate and super delicious. Something definitely to look forward to! Would definitely recommend Sheraton Grand to similar groups of people travelling to Dubai!

Excellent service at any time of the day and night. Staff that aims to provide the best in class service. Room ambience exceeded expectations. Staying at the top most floor only added to the overwhelming experience. The pool on the terrace and the bar is top notch! the only Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai i can say that i’ve had the fastest checkin and checkout experience!

Msheraton Grand Hotel Dubai is best in service, everybody greets you everyday, everybody. So homely feeling. All bathroom products are USA made. Everything at its best. Last but not the least, every Grand deluxe suite is facing full view of sheikh Zayed Road, du bar's heart line. 24 hours stunning view. It is just second property in line at sheikh Zayed Road. We stayed in an one bedroom apartment. The apartment was nice and well maintained. Its right on Sheikh Zayed Road and the nearest metro is just a 2 min walk away. Also there is a supermarket right below the Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai. The staff was very friendly and helped us whenever we wanted anything. Totally recommend this place to everyone.

You can't stay in a better location than where this property is located the rooms are spacious and modern breakfast spread was good, staff were courteous and can't think of an area that they can improve.

Stayed here for 4 nights. It was a lovely stay. I was put on the 23rd floor by Mr. Athar from the reception, a very good human. I must say, there was no noise. The metro station is hardly 4 minutes walk from the Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai. breakfast was the same daily. It can be improved upon. Overall will be back again.

This is a very good property and I would recommend to all. A few small niggles the water flow in the basin is slow and the hot water takes a long time to arrive (in the basin only, other faucets are good). The internet went off twice and required calls to the Hotel staff to fix it. Rest was superb.

Kind staff and great stay. Free spa is the best. I would want to come again here. View from the 53rd floor is the best. The service apartments are great with all the amenities. 15 minutes away from the down town, very close to the airport. Taxi available 24/7 when you walk out of the door.

From the location to the rooms everything is perfect in this Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai. The size of the rooms are quite big as compared to any other excellent star Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubais. Excellent service. I'll definitely recommended this Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai

The Hotel was ideally located in Dubai and the attractions were close by. The staff here is excellent. Period. Also the rooms were as we expected after looking at the pictures and reviews. All the amenities worked, one need not call for anything assistance.

Stayed here for a week on a business trip. It is located centrally with a 10 min drive to Burj Khalifa. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast had a nice spread with a lot of options. Definitely recommend the stay.

Check in to check out was a breeze. Cafe barista reddy was a charm.

Room are not good one. Totally smelly, it is not suppose to be part of Ramada Hotel

We stayed here for 4 nights, and as far as the rooms, location, and guest facilities are concerned, everything was on point. The only downside could be the view from the room. Unless you don't have a premium category room. The view is pretty restricted.
